I’ve been a customer of the San Felipe location for 15 years. My office moved downtown causing me to switch locations. The location at 5535 Memorial is horrible. Poor customer service and attitude. They seem to think the customer is there to serve them. Service is cold. Will NOT be back

If you advertise alterations and being open certain hours, the first question should not be «How much do you want cut off?». I went to the Washington store first who said the alterations guy only worked out of this location. So I drove to this store and he left early.
So much for supporting locally owned businesses in my neighborhood.

TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS to get one dress cleaned? And I had three dresses!!!
Consider this the last time I will try out a cleaners because it’s the closest one to my apartment. The service was cold and I could’ve bought a couple of new outfits with the money I threw away at this overpriced establishment. I guess since they’re in RO, the loyal customers don’t really notice the dent in their wallet, but I sure did and I most definitely will be going back to my previous dry cleaner. They only charged $ 7 at most for a dress to get cleaned… and they were nice!
