«Ali Hamad at Royal Floors of Houston and his men installed flooring at my home. He said he would level all of the floors, install baseboards and color-matched quarter-round throughout the house. He did not level the floors, damaged and incorrectly installed the baseboards and didn’t install quarter-round but in a few places. After repeated requests to for remediation of this insufficient work, I have yet to hear back from him. He is most unprofessional and is unwilling to fix the faulty work that he has done.»
