Finding an honest auto shop isn’t easy these days but if you’re reading this, look no further! Mark, the owner, is extremely friendly and you can tell that he enjoys fixing cars. The staff here know that your time is valuable and get you in and out of here the fastest they can. I had went to another auto shop before coming here to diagnose the issue and was surprised that what Mark said was the problem wasn’t what I was told earlier. I was a customer here prior to this visit and was never disappointed so I decided to have it repaired. It turns out that what he thought was the problem was right and it saved me a couple hundred dollars. Now I will only go here for my car repairs!

We have taken our cars to RPM 3 times over the past year or so. Every single time we have been very impressed with their honesty and professionalism.
Most recently, after NTB had told us we needed replacement shocks and rear tires (at a cost of $ 800), we brought the car in to RPM to have the work performed. RPM checked out the car and informed us that there was nothing wrong with our vehicle, and there was nothing to be paid.
Another time, we were having battery issues. RPM checked it out and recommended we check the warranty to see if had any validity left. When we checked, there was some remaining validity so we got it replaced for free at the original location (since the battery was installed elsewhere). Again, no charge from RPM for this.
In both cases, it would have been very easy for RPM to do the work and charge us for it, but instead their honesty has saved us over $ 1,000 in unnecessary repairs.
I cannot recommend RPM highly enough. We will be using them for all of our inspection, servicing and repair needs from now on.

I have been taking my vehicles to RPM for many years. They are very talented mechanics and are completely honest. They won’t recommend any work that isn’t necessary and offer helpful suggestions on how to keep your repair costs down.
The service is prompt and completed in a timely manner.
They also sell and install (as well as repair) tires.
