Allegedly speaking, «The sign is Misleading. It should be of a truck that is cracked in Half. That would better define their work».
Now back to my review: (Why can’t I select No Stars in this review, Oh Well One Star will just have to do).
Our truck has been in for repairs more than 6 times and the first four were for the same recurring problem. It almost seems as when they fix one item, they slightly break something else in the process thus having to bring it back. On the last visit we noticed upon picking up the truck that it was missing a vital support bolt holding a part of the emissions control system.
It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone in the Service department.
They fail to communicate the progress with the repairs on my truck, I must do all the follow up calls.
They leave me with the impression it does not concern the management that I lose a lot of money everyday I am without my Hino truck.
Can Anyone recommend another place for me to go? :(:(:(-$ -$ -$ everyday

If you must have heavy duty truck parts, then you can get almost anything here. The problem is that the parts counter personnel leave much to be desired, they will often ignore customers, specially around lunch time, which leads to long lines of disgruntled truckers that need their parts.
