My husband and I ate here for dinner. Should have been a clue that we were the only ones in the resturant on a Friday night at 7:30. I ordered the Baked Ziti which I have had multiple times at other Russo’s in town and what I was served was a bowl if grease. I sent it back and ordered a bowl of straight pasta with marinara and meatballs. I would describe this dish as fair at best. Large chunks of celery and carrot in the sauce while the meatballs had a very wet spongy texture, very strange and very disappointing. My husband ordered a pizza and it was edible but not great. I will not be back to this location!

Bad bad bad, experience, and bad bad food, pizza like rubber, and the pasta primavera was discusting, it didn’t have any sauce and the pasta was very hard everything was raw, pizza and food looked like dog food, this place was ok. But now it’s really bad i will not recomend this place, please just go somewhere esle to spend your money, not here. you will have a bad experience. looks like they picked up the manager from the dumpster.

I am not coming back. I wasted my 30 dollars on nasty food. Saw some things I didn’t like from the staff.

Went with friends from work and the food was satisfying. Quiet place and not too busy. Food seems to be all microwaved in the back. It’s missing that oven baked look and smell. Would most likely not return. Owners are not walking around checking on customers. Would rather go to Top-it pizza for pizza.

I live .5 miles away from Russos. Called in a delivery order that took 90 minutes to deliver. The pizza, wings & calzone were cold and not very tasty. The delivery guy told me to take it or leave it. I guarantee I won’t get delivery again. Best to pick up or dine in. Wings just to spicy.

My family eats here often and we love it. The delivery is always within 20mins! We dine in as well the caliber of service varies between shifts but overall good experience eating this place!

I ordered the Soho with three items. It took forever to get the pizza. When it arrives(about the time my husband was finishing his pizza), it was overlooked. Not only that but they forgot to put on the mushrooms and garlic. They gave us 10% off our order for the mistake, which I appreciate. I recommend getting one of the New York style pizzas. I have been pleased with those in the past.

Just ordered pizza, soooo not impressed and now my stomach hurts. Wtf? To pay close to $ 30 bucks for a pizza and garlic bread and have it taste mediocre is not acceptable. TAKINGPEPTO, WHATTHEHELLWASINTHEPIZZA! NOTORDERINGEVERAGAIN.

Heard about their pizza and went for it! The menu looked great and even swung for the desert. I heard the food is really good and at the time… it’s been over 40 minutes and they are just making our pizza. We called and I was told I was speaking to the manager. Then I told her that 40 minutes and another 40 minutes to recieve food was unacceptable I was met with silence. When you neglect an order, it is your job as a manager to fix that with the costomer. I don’t like arguing because they’re making my food but I don’t feel the situation was handled in the best way. Now I’m questioning whether or not I will tip the driver when it isn’t really their fault. It’s on the manager for not noticing she had an online order for 40 minutes(when we decided to call). I’ll update this when we get the pizza incase it’s thrown together bc that is now my worry. Update: feeling much better. Still tipped the driver approximately 15%. Pizza was well made. Time to dig in!

Bad food, good service. The chicken Marsala was so hard to cut that my husband and I would wish a steak knife, it was awful.

Now I remember why I don’t order from this location! Flavor is great, but ingredients are so skimpy. Got a pizza with eggplant and you wouldn’t even know there was eggplant on it, and the crust is huge because the cheese and sauce stop half way up the slice. What a disappointment!

Just found about them almost a month ago and I’ve been going ever since. They have GREAT food! Some of the best Italian I’ve had. The manager is real friendly and funny. His staff… They’re not rude but not as friendly. They help you with anything you need but it’s like you can tell they’re not in to their customers. It’s a great place to either get food to go or dine in at.

I wanted pizza so I decided to hit up this pizzeria and its was great. I had a grilled chicken pizza with dried tomatoes and spinach and it really got the spot. I would highly recommend this place. Very quiet and quaint.

delivery Food is generally ok but was better previously – now no bread with clams or sometimes not with meals(previous orders). And, only order if you want to wait over an hour(still waiting) for food to arrive! *only live 1.3 miles from the place*(and less than conciliatory service when you call to inquire)…

Ordered online at 1820 hours. They printed the receipt at 1825. Food delivered cold to my front door at 1949. No excuses, just an absolute waste of my time and money.

I ordered delivery. I got the paisano pizza and the mozzarella sticks. It was okay pizza but it definitely didn’t hit the spot. I wanted a yummy thin crust pseudo Italian pizza. It has pepperoni, red peppers, and sausage. The ingredients were good as was the garlic sauce. The crust was too thin and there was barely any cheese. I’m a cheese fan and the pizza had not enough of it.

We really enjoyed Russo’s Pizza, especially this location. We’ve never been to any of the other locations, but if the service at this one was any indication, then you will not be disappointed. The pizza was really good! We’re big fans of Pizzarro’s on Memorial. Very thin, crispy and exotic type toppings. Russo’s was very close, not quite as crispy, but nonetheless very good. We will definitely go again as we live across the street. We’ll still go to Pizzarro’s, but Russo’s is more convenient and they deliver!

I was so upset when I walk in at 9:30 and the pizza maker gets all upset because he has to bring back the pizza out, all the chairs were up and they were ready to close when they still have 30 more minutes, actual close time is 10 p.m. I wonder if the manager was there. This place use to be good I been seeing that its going down hill now.

This is my favorite pizza place in the area. They are consistently good and I love the crust and flavor of there pies! We don’t eat ‘in’ here very often at all, but they do have some wine and beer if you do. Great for take out! Our favorites are the: Mediterranean Salad Romaine lettuce, crunchy fresh garden vegetables, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and dolce Gorgonzola cheese, lightly tossed with freshly-made balsamic house dressing. Pizzas: Margherita~ Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, all-natural mozzarella cheese, garlic and organic extra virgin olive oil. Greek~ Spinach, roma tomatoes, Italian black olives, feta and mozzarella cheese, garlic, and organic extra virgin olive oil. Caprese~ Homemade pizza sauce, vine-ripened roma tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese, all-natural mozzarella cheese, garlic and fresh sweet basil. Vegetarian~ Fresh spinach, roma tomatoes, bell peppers, white onions, mushrooms, black olives, garlic, and all-natural mozzarella cheese, with our homemade pizza sauce.
