I came here after falling down the stairs during the icepocolypse of 2014. Erin, who was new in town and new to the company, took great care of me. The receptionist is incredibly kind and the other therapists are friendly as well. This place is warm and welcoming and I would go back in a heart beat. Yes they do schedule 2 clients at a time sometimes, but getting an hour of attention to yourself at a medical facility is a rarity, if I have to share with one other person, im okay with that.

Last summer, I came in with a deep hip pain I’d been running with for months. I thought I might have piriformis or sciatic nerve issues and couldn’t figure it out. Ingrid did an initial visit wtih me and quickly realized my abs were extremely weak. She put me on a tough ab program and after a month of work, the pain went away! Since then, I’ve continued the ab routine she gave me(as much as I hated it!) and I’ve continued to run wtihout the issue for over a year. Ingrid is very enjoyable to work with and knows her stuff, I’d definitely recommend her. There were a couple times that multiple patients were seen at once, but I didn’t find it too much of a problem since Ingrid always kept me busy with a tough routine.

I’ve been visiting this therapy center for neck and upper back pain. They seem to schedule multiple patients at the same time, leaving the therapists unable to give much personal attention to any one person. For the price, I think the appointments should be individualized and separate(even if shorter). It’s obviously very important that your movements and posture are correct — or you could end up worse off! I’m not sure I would come back to this center. It’s conveniently located, but understaffed and overcrowded!
