Shan T Shirts

Great experience with this business. Had to make some tote bags for customers as a giveaway and we needed a quality product that looked great, at a great price and Shan really helped us out.
Sent him our logo, he got back to us with a very fair price — turned around 300 custom, quality 100% cotton tote bag in less than 4 days! With the amount of people making orders while I was there, I was very surprised and satisfied.

I’ve ordered t shirts from this place twice. First time I got decent shirts printed for $ 10. Second time I came I got the same shirt printed for the same cost but the quality wasn’t as good. Also this time around I had ordered v neck ladies T shirts. There was a print on the front left panel where logos normally go. So after I picked them up I didn’t take too much notice to them but once I noticed that my logo was sitting right on the center of the breast area I contact him and of course to my surprise I had NO REPLY. Few months later I needed reprint of my shirts and I had a quote cheaper for the price I was getting from him so I contacted him again to see if he would like to right the wrongs of my v necks and just print unisex shirts. I emailed asking him to print more shirts and also brought up the fact my precious email was never answered. He replied back with «HOW MANY SHIRTS YOU NEED?» And once again completely disregard my email about the previous complaint. I told him how many shirts but I’m guessing he couldn’t match the price for how many shirts I was ordering so he didn’t reply at ALL. Today I’ve emailed him asking for even more shirts and let’s see if he replies back. If I get better service I wouldn’t mind changing the review. But as of right now… One star is all they get.
Back and changing my reviews to 3 stars just because I’m still upset what happened previously. I went to their store front and talked to the guy who handles production because the one who answers the emails and who is usually up front is out of town. He was nice and pleasant to work with got everything sorted out and told me that his brother is out of town and he’s usually the one who handles the emails but never told him anything about my emails. If I would have dealt with him in the first place I’m sure my review would have been much better.
