**************Beware******************highly unprofessional, negative rude tech you will come across. Of course when signing me up they didn’t show who they were till I called with some questions and the tech was rude, rushing me off the phone and basically was aggressive with me. I canceled my future sessions with them. I wanted to return their garment back to them and they played their game to no end. Seriously do not waste your money there. They’re many other places that treat their customers right and not treat them like dirt. All I saw was greedy, rude WORESTEXPERIENCEEVER I had ever experience anywhere like this. If you do want to give them a chance ask as many questions ahead don’t sign anything, once you sign and pay them they got you. The wrap they sell you is a joke and the cream and the wrap is overpriced. Hopefully this will help you to do some thorough research before doing business with these jokers. This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. I ordered a corset in September. Waited an appropriate amount of time anxiously waiting for it to arrive. Checked my withdrawals in my checking and noticed that had took my money so it should be coming. I called and it took a week or so to get ahold of a person after leaving messages with no response or call back. When I finally got a person on the phone she told me the corset was back ordered and it will be going out in the mail the next day. AGAIN … I waited anxiously for it to arrive in the mail. NOTHING! I again called left messages and got no calls back. Finally I got someone on the phone who said she was the OWNER Lynn I think she said her name was. She went on to tell me this whole story about how her employee stole all her merchandise and how it’s hard to trust anyone and that she was just deviated. She then said she would refund my money(which took 3 weeks for it to get in my account) and then asked if she could charge me for shipping because as an apology she wanted to go ahead and send me the corset that I ordered to make up for it. I thought … How nice for her to redeem herself and stand by her business… After all I ordered it in September and it is now November. Guess what??? I still haven’t gotten the corset that she promised and when I call to get the money she charged me for shipping I get hung up on and or pug on hold for a long period of time. BADBUSINESS!!! Who knows if the whole div story she gave me is even true. This place is a joke!!! Think twice before ordering or getting services here.

Worst massage ever! I bought a massage on Amazon Local and when I showed up the office is old and small. The website looks professional but we you arrive at the office it’s not what you would expect. The receptionists are rude! I also had the infrared body wrap done before the massage. They did not tell me I needed to bring extra clothes to change into after the body wrap. I asked if they had towels or a robe because I didn’t bring extra clothes. They did not! What kind of place is this? No extra towels or robes to change into? I guess they hire someone to come and do the massage and she sucked! She was on her phone texting one hand most of the time while massaging me! Unprofessional! I would never go here again!

I purchased the group on so I wasnt sure what to expect. Well for starters their location is really easy to find. So thats 1* I was promptly greeted and offered sparkling or still water-since im a huge Pellegrino fan that gets the 2nd* I was handed a questionnaire that was briefer than most and I noticed they had a referral program. Brief questionnaire ½* + ½* for the referral program. The atmosphere of the treatment room was exactly what I needed after a long day 4* the treatment was pretty much the same as usual but the overall experience is definitely worthy of 5*
