I’ve never had an issue with Andre, he’s always been sincere and I love the fact he offers a discount Monday’s. All my Blades are always great and so are my scissors.

Was recommended by a friend to come here. Great service, very respectful. Waited after closing time for me to arrive. Blades cut through hair like hot knife through butter. Edge lasts a longer than newly bought. Big believer in you get what you pay for, quality is definitely here with certs. Will be a regular customer most definitely.

I used Sharper Solutions twice for sharpening my grooming equipment. The first time, they did a wonderful job sharpening my blades. I didn’t have any complaints. The second time, however, I had them sharpen my left handed shears. Unfortunately, he did them incorrectly. They were sharpened as right handed shears. He did not acknowledge his mistake, and did not return my phone calls to have them repaired. I ended up having to ship them off and pay close to $ 400 to have them fixed. I do not recommend using Sharper Solutions. It was very disappointing that the work was not properly performed and it was not corrected.

Ruined clipper blades, literally, they are over sharpened and are trash, refuses to admit fault or offer solution, not answering the phone to certain numbers once he burns bridges, no looking back. Well guess what’s going to follow him now? Would have left zero stats it it had let me, 1 star feels too generous.

If I could leave zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Does shoddy work with sharpening, takes days to return phone calls if he even bothers to return them at all. Won’t fix his mistakes, makes excuses, blames other people, crappy attitude and just horrible customer service all around. I will NEVER use Andre Nava ever again. I would rather send out my blades to someone who knows what they’re doing and knows how to treat their customers.
