WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They gave me wrong opening hours by phone, so I went there and it was closed. Next day I went there again, made a polite complain about the misinformation and the woman practically kicked me out of the store. She was extremely rude, even didn’t look at my dress and told me she couldn’t do the job. Unless you want to be treated worse than a dog, don’t go to this place. I would give zero star if I could. I’ve never had such bad customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been going to Shohreh for years and she has always done amazing work, tackled the tough alterations with precision, and is the kindest and sweetest woman on the planet! She and her team are talented, skilled, and pay close attention to detail! They have items completed in a timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone! She can do ANYTHING!

I’ve had ten or twelve items fixed by Shoreh over the last five years or so — the lining was coming out of my blazer, take an inch or two off the length of my shorts so I didn’t look like a rapper, made a long sleeve shirt into a short sleeve shirt for summer, replaced buttons torn off a shirt during a rowdy fishing trip, etc. High quality work, reasonable prices and quick turnaround.

I do NOT recommend this place based on terrible customer service and they ruined an article of clothing, then tried to blame me for it… Unbelievable.
I dropped off a pair of shorts in perfect condition. When I came back to get them, she hadn’t altered them and there was a huge coffee stain on them. She then blamed me for the stain (and was extremely rude about it), even though I don’t drink coffee. I’ve never had such bad customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone, regardless of the good work they can do on alterations.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Shohreh’s! I’ve had multiple items altered and even my wedding dress sized and I’ve been pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail. The shop is located in the galleria area behind House of Pies. Shohreh, the owner, has been the owner of the shop for many years and she has a wonderful rapport with all of her customers, knowing each by name. If you want quality work for your alterations Shohreh’s is the best! Also, if you want to snatch a pair of Spanx while you are at it, she has those too ;)

I have nothing but rave reviews about Shohreh’s! I bought my bridesmaid dress a little while ago and it didn’t fit properly. I needed a few inches taken off the bottom and a few inches taken out at the top. While it probably would’ve been better to just order a new dress in a bigger size, I didn’t want to risk not having it here in time so I decided to just get it altered. While I generally go to Marcello’s, after a pair of jeans came back less than perfect, I was nervous about incurring the wrath of my bridezilla sister. I asked around and heard great things about Shohreh’s so I stopped by.
It is in a little strip mall behind House of Pies which is easy to miss. There’s plenty of parking since the lot is almost always empty. Shohreh is adorable with her motherly attitude. Beware though, she called me for a second fitting and I didn’t come in for almost a week and she scolded me – just like a mother!
I got my dress back very quickly and it is just what I needed. It looks perfect and you can’t tell that it had so much work done on it. It was a little pricey, but for important pieces like wedding attire, you can’t really complain about that.
