I purchased SIMPLE activation sim-​card there. Though the sales associate was nice, he charged me 27 dollars for the activation sim-​card, that you can get in wal-​mart for 7! Of course, they refused to refund it to me the next day. So stay away and save your money!

They broke my SIM card and they didn’t pay the damage.
They were cynical, the manager didn’t care about it!
I don’t recommend this store, if they mess with your device you gonna pay for get it fixed.

Frisco, TX
Simple Mobile will rip you off, lie to you, take your $$ then not refund you. They told me their sim card would work in my phone, it didn’t. We spent a day on the phone with support then when we couldn’t get it to work we cancelled the service. They refused to refund me because I cancelled 26 hours after I received it and they have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
