I don’t have a compliant for the store, however the after buying the mattress experience has been a total mess. I ordered it in November and is January 15th and I have yet to get the mattress. First it was due to be delivered in Dec. 19th, not can do, then they said January 4th, nope, and now they’re telling me early February, whatever that means. They have many departments, none of them talk to each other, when I complained to the«delivery» department, they said all they do is telling me when I can get the mattress or if it’s going to be delayed, they can’t tell me why. When I told them to cancel the order, they sent me to the«cancel» department, after waiting on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered, I just hanged up the phone. I don’t know how they stay in business with such a horrible customer service, or better yet, lack of it.

PUBLICpublished review 11÷19÷15 I just reviewed sleep number in august giving them a one star! I was told that the beds and bases are returnable and found out theyre not. I was lucky to find this out 10 minutes after I made the purchase. I went into the store and cancelled everything(which took around 3 hours staying on the phone with different managers). Now, 3 months after the purchase, I find the bank Sleep Number is dealing with calling me 34 times a day, sending me mails asking for payments! I called sleep number stayed on the phone close to 2 hours, and after all of that the rep on the phone had the audacity to tell me that I need to pay or else my credit score will suffer! I need to pay until they resolve the issue and then they will give me my money back if its resolved! She wanted me to pay $ 500! On products I did not even buy or have! And tell me if I do not pay it will reflect on my CREDITSCORE! The supervisor just called me to say the same thing«sorry cant help you. Either solve the problem with the bank or pay them.» Seriously folks save yourselves from dealing with this company.

Went to this mattress store Saturday April 25, 2015 and fit the best customers service ever! The sales person her name was Oyuki Ruiz was very knowledgeable, attentive and focus on what we needed and wanted to purchase! We got a queen size mattress firm for our mother and Oyuki gave many options for us and was so pleasant! We had a great shopping experience! Thank you Oyuki for your great customer service!!! My twin sister and I know our mom will love her new mattress!

I was very unwelcome here. I walked around looking for a bed. Two sales people were working and neither said a word to me. I approached and asked for a brochure. He said I would need to go online. Apparently they don’t care about sales or customers. I would have given a negative datr if provided the option.

The folks are the store where fine, my complains with the company so far are the lack of communication and abject incompetence in the shipping end of things, though the folks in the shop didn’t seem to be the most knowledgeable. First off, they quoted me a delivery window of 4−8pm, which is a bit late but wasn’t given an option to request a different window, so figured i’d just suck it up. Then the driver called and informed me he wouldn’t be at my house till 10pm… which is not an acceptable time frame. Called the delivery center, and the next day they had available was a week away. I again get a confirmation call 3 days beforehand, this time quoting 5−8pm as a delivery window. This is where everything goes downhill. I get a call the day before my new delivery date to inform me that they’ve lost my mattress and that they’ll need to reschedule once they find it. I then get an automated email the next day that looks to be a copy of my original order receipt, so I call customer service. They inform me that I now need to wait another 3 – 4 weeks for them to «build me a new bed» apparently when they lose your shit you don’t just get the next available one, you just get to start over. It’s now been 3 weeks since I ordered my bed and i’m no closer to getting it then the day I ordered it. Oh and the pillows I ordered from the store… nearly 3 month long back order I wasn’t informed of. The bed may very well turn out to be great, but so far dealing with there customer service has made me regret my choice to deal with this company.
