Smoothie King

With the gym and a running trail close by, I always stop by after an exhausting work out or run to pick up a strawberry shredder to replace all the lost minerals and vitamins I used during my work out. Yum.

Location can be tough to get to depending on which direction you’re coming from. Every time I’ve tried to go inside to order (used to walk there) the door was locked and no one seemed willing to open it.

Wait is usually not that bad but today it was horrible. The lady on the intercom taking orders was very rude

Use app get great rewards also has a drive thru, a bit harder then some locations to find. Staff friendly

Use the app you get rewards and eventually free smoothie, they even have vegan friendly options! Also great post workout smoothies or something quick for breakfast, take the turbinado (sugar) out decreases calories

I’ve been coming here for a long time and usually get okay service. The wait time is typically long, but today was especially long. It order was placed at 1:01p as it read on our receipt and we waited in the drive through until 1:18p to get our drinks. When we asked if we could get a free enhancer for the long wait the guy who took our payment said yes then another guy came to the Window and said no we can’t do that only because we were busy. Waiting almost 20 minutes in a drive through for blended drinks is unacceptable and then getting nothing in return for the extended wait is disappointing. A 99 cent enhancer costs the company a fraction of what I spent in gas sitting in my car waiting. Won’t be returning here.

Slow service staff has attitude problems. The smoothie had no flavor what so ever! Would not recommend.

The slowest and worst service of all the smoothie kings why is it in such a good location whoever does the hiring should get fired

Smoothies are very rich and creamy. I get the gladiator with vanilla protein, bananas and strawberries. Always tasty, never watery.

Prices are high and not sure if there’s really any health benefits but they taste good. Oh and the staff is always friendly.

They messed my order up twice, and after that, I just gave up. They seemed upset about having to re-​do the order. Im upset that I spent $ 10 for a smoothie and they couldn’t get it right.

Super inconsistent. My smoothie earlier this week at 8pm was delish! And the two smoothies I just purchased (3÷8÷2014 @ 4pm) was AWFUL! Tasted watered down and chalky. My tip– try it before leaving the parking lot.

Gets me going in the morning!

For taste alone, I prefer Jamba Juice. But I can’t beat the ease of this Smoothie King, and the fact that it has a drive through is helpful on the way to work. I generally get the same smoothie over and over «The Immune Builder» but the few times I’ve branched out to other smoothies I haven’t been disappointed. The main thing to remember with Smoothie’s in general though is that they cost more than you might think and have way more calories than most realize. For a medium smoothie you can easily pay over 7.00, if you add any vitamins, etc then of course the price rises too. Smoothie King calories are generally easy to find, and at a minimum you can ask to «make it skinny» by doing so they will refrain from adding the turbinado sugar to your next smoothie.

I drove into the drive-​thru and asked for a moment before I ordered. The associate on the mic replied, „Order when you’re ready.“ When I was ready, out of respect and common courtesy, i said „Hello?“ And you know what this girl said to me? With the rudest attitude in her ridiculous tone she replies (very slowly, mind you), „Order. When. You’re. Ready.“ Really? Unacceptable. I didn’t even place an order with her, I left. Terrible customer service. I will review this location on online forums.

I’ve lived near this store since it opened, and while I’m not a ‘smoothie’ person, quite a few people in my life are. So I’ve been here, a lot.
They have quite a large menu, so you can easily find something as a meal-​replacement, a snack, or even a dessert. You can even add stuff to your smoothie for energy, vitamins, etc…
The service has always been friendly and fast. They’ve always been super patient with strange orders and as far as I can remember, there’s never been an issue.
The only problem is the parking lot/​drive through. It’s terribly pot-​holed and even dangerous to low vehicles.
