Snowflake Donuts

Great donuts, my entire family loves them! The cake donuts are not too dense, their icing is flavorful and the are generous with it on every donut. Definitely our go to donut shop.

Best place to go for donuts. Recently went to DunkinDonuts and I did not like them, and I was like man wish I was at Snowflake.
Bonus: They have the Blueberry donuts here and they are Soooo Good.
And they take Amex, which is a plus because a lot of small places do not.

My girls and I have now sampled all of the donut shops in our immediate area and we have conducted our final vote. Snowflake donuts is the better of the 6 shops around us. Seems like everyone is super proud of their kolaches, and this spot is pretty consistent with their competitors. Their donuts however are good and fresh, the service is good and their prices seem to be less than their neighbors.

Snowflake Donuts was pretty good. I have been looking for a «go to» place that’s close and has good kolaches. Although I wasn’t blown away by the kolaches, they were better than most I have tried lately. The roll was soft and light (by kolache standards) and the sausage was like all the other places – tasty, non-​greasy. I wish they had had more cheese inside but again this was pretty standard. It seems cheese in a sausage and cheese kolache is hard to come by as most places are very stingy. Snowflake was no exception. Had there been more cheese, I would have bumped up my review to 4 stars. On a surprising note, the donuts were really good. I thought they were on par with Shipleys as far as taste. They were a little smaller but I think the price probably reflects that.
Bottom line, unless I find an exceptional kolache elsewhere, I will return to Snowflake Donuts for the convenient location and drive-​thru, tasty kolaches and donuts, courteous service, and reasonable prices.
