Stopped in on a mission to find a comfy bra. The sales associate not only greeted me the second I opened the door, but she would not leave me alone! .She showed me every item on a sales rack and described each item. GOAWAY. Then she showed me all the sizes(although it was clearly marked) on the bra rack until I grabbed a few, tried them on and purchased two. As I was paying, I asked about one of the bras and why it was so padded and she said it «filled in the areas that need to be filled.» At that point, I asked about the return policy because I wasn’t feeling it on that bra. Her response, «Oh you won’t want to return these, they are that good.» Well, three days later and one day of wearing that«padded’ bra, I absolutely did NOT like it. My breast felt doubled in size(and I’m happy with my C cup) and nothing seemed to fit right. I honestly felt like my breasts were being lifted into my eyeballs. So I brought the bra back and«Miss-I’m-never-going-to-leave-your-side» eyed my bra and noticed the tag in the bag. She immediately told me, «Sorry, we can’t accept this. Didn’t you try it on in the store? You already wore this.» I reminded her of the 60-day policy and she said, «Sorry, but you wore this bra.» At that point, she handed me a card with a hand written phone number, which I called twice. It was NOT the number. In fact, this number was a nonfunctioning number and nowhere near the customer service number on the Soma website. The customer service Soma rep said: «As long as your bra has not shown a lot of wear and tear, we will take it back.» I don’t know how a bra can show too much usage after three days? The Soma rep on the phone emailed me a return slip and said they would give me credit.(Oh and he put me on hold for quite a while while he called the store. When he returned, he told me they would not take the bra back and he was sorry. WHATTHEHECK!) So — if you want to shop at Soma — shop online or go to another location.

The ladies in here are not helpful at all. The older ladies are mean and to be honest with you I rather drive to the woodlands where their customer service is awesome. I thought I’d give it another try today but honestly, they haven’t improved. Too bad I’d like to say that they have officially lost a customer.

I love Soma products. However, recent visit to the store and asked questions about their bra line, employee answered, but unfortunately only one word spoken was understood. Bra. I politely said what did you say, the response was with finger pointing to the display sign and she said, Read the sign. No thank you. I moved on. Will order online or try another location.

Have shopped here many moons. Almost everything I purchase has held up by hand washing and air drying. Asked the clerk if that was what I should be doing and she stated yes, that you are to not ever put any of their products in a washing machine. You can join their Passport club for a 5% discount after you reach $ 500. I joined this and so did my Spouse, you guessed it, we have no record of such points that exceed almost $ 2,000. You can combine Chico’s and Soma’s receipts together, I don’t shop Chico’s. Loyalty rewards mean little with that poor attitude. Staff is never the same and I’m in this shop on a monthly basis. Will stop buying their gift cards for friends, catalogs and online sales never have my size. Patio dresses are cheaply made, better off to shop Marshall’s for a $ 29 patio dress. Soma advertises $ 39 dresses but of course there are no size small $ 39 patio dresses in the store, after alterations I’ve already invested too much that won’t withstand more than one summer on the patio. Want honest advertising. Beware of their Passport program. Staff helps you when you ask for it, otherwise you fish through all the bras until you find your size Not quite the Target commercials on SNL but getting there!
