Sonic

This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to in my life. Sitting in line right now and it has taken 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Unbelievable.

The service here sucks. Received cold food at 1115 went inside to get a fresh order, the ghetto assist manager Donita asked if there was a problem, no hello, NOTHING. I Had to check that hoe real quick, got a refund and left. Never will go here again. Place is filthy and very poor service. Do yourself a favor and drive few miles up

I went through the drive thru on a Saturday at 2:30 to get a drink

This Sonic has to be a joke. My sister and I came to this location and ordered one Cookie Dough Blast and one Cookie Dough Brownie Blast. We ended up waiting 15 minutes after paying at the window. By the time our orders were ready the cashier gave us two Cookie Dough Oreo Blasts and she ended up taking it back to fix it. When she came back with the fixed Blasts it turned out that mine was still wrong. I definitely don’t suggest coming here.

Location is super slow and customer service is lacking. We’ve been waiting 10 mins for popcorn chicken and a burger. The workers seem confused here. I’ve stopped here before (it’s close to the park) and we have issues every time. :/

Easy to get in and out of this location as it is right on Westheimer and has an easy drive thru. I’ve gone through several times for a slushie and if there is a car in front of me they will bring it out to me so I don’t have to wait. If you are heading east it’s so easy to just get in and out. Heading west makes it a little harder crossing over traffic and then having to drive a little ways to make a U-​turn. Fast service every time and no compliants.

Lady had her hand in the ice bin moving the ice around. Nasty! I asked for her to get my ice from the back and she gave me attitude. Diamond was nice and made my chicken fresh!

My wife and I decided to go because it was the first Sonic we’ve seen where you can dine in. I give this a 1 star because the service was TERRible! We were completely ignored when we came in. We waited at the front for an entire 5 mins before the fat, ugly worker finally came up and had to wait forever for our food. When we got or food one of our burgers was not made like we ordered it. We decided to just deal with it and eat it, but we needed some more condiments. Again, I was completely ignored at the front. I don’t like to make a big deal or draw attention to myself, but I wasn’t going to wait for an hour to get some more freakin ketchup. I said excuse me… hello…still nothing. I had to whistle as loud as I could twice to finally get the fat, lazy worker to come back up to give me some ketchup and ranch. She gave me attitude and said that she was busy. There were only 3 cars there. Never will we ever go back to this location!

2^nd time going to this location and 2^nd time being disappointed…1^st time was a last year around aug and my order wasn’t right after correcting it twice, 2^nd time was today placed my order then was told that one of the items was not available… I will not be going back for a third disappointment, I’ll drive out of my way just get the correct order and better customer service

I have a love-​hate relationship with this Sonic!
Love it because it’s super close to my house and the food is always nice & fresh.
Hate it because of the fact that every now and then I have to wait for 15 – 20 minutes to get the food. Also, sometimes you’ll deal with a total punkass. It happens, I guess. There is a high school down the road on FM 1464, after all.

quick update:
this place takes FOREVER! yeah its convenient but if it takes THAT long for me to get my food, i might as well drive to the other sonics! im not sure if its because theyre understaffed or whats going on but, i had to wait 15+ minutes to get my food and all i had was the chicken strip sandwich and fries!

I was extremely happy when a Sonic sign appeared by my neighborhood.
I used to come here once a week mainly for the slush. The last time I was here (about 6 months or so ago), someone took my debit card information and ordered awhole bunch of stuff on various sporting websites and
.
Their credit machine was out that day and against better judgment, I hand my card over to a high school kid, ran my card through a slide machine. Next day came the insane charges.
I’d do cash only here now… that one experience really scarred me and my view on the type of people they hire there.
