Sonic

If I could, I would rate it a Zero. By far the worst sonic I have ever been to. First we get there around 9:15ish, we pull into the parking spots, press the button & a lady tells us, oh we’re not taking orders here, you need to pull through the Drive Thru. So we did, there were about 4 – 5 cars In front of us, we figured we wouldn’t take too long. We were wrong, we waited for about 35 minutes. Finally got to the ordering box, & no one comes on the speakers… So we drive to the window, stay there another 5 minutes, & by this time it’s around 10pm. We see people inside & no one comes to the window. We knocked on the window, and the girl tells us to hold on, then comes to the window & we asked her «so are y’all closed» she says well yeah I think so, cause they’re short staffed and I’m leaving. Like seriously, you couldn’t have told us that when we were trying to order??? The worst customer service, & such a lack of common courtesy to let your customer know you are closed. There were another 4 cars behind us at that time. & the hours of operation are till 11pm.

this sonic sucks!!! terrible service!!! avoid at all costs! Took us almost 45 to 50 minutes to get our drinks, what the cuss!!! The staff is rude as crap and I will tell anybody to never come to this one!!!

This is not a good sonic. No service at ALL. Rude and bad customer service. This sonic doesn’t even deserve a star, for the review.

The worst Sonic on the North side of houston. Been there a few times and every time they can’t get the order right. The people who work there are pure ignorance. Don’t go there.

I’ve been here a couple of times for a happy hour fix. Right at 2, the line forms in drive thru. They are a little slow, but each time I’ve gone, the blue coconut slush has really hit the spot!!!
