It’s official the worst sonic I’ve been too. Trust me I’m still waiting for my food ! I debating whether I should eat it after watching the cook w hod dog in his hands without wearing gloves! FmL

Ok so this drive thru is slow, I waited 20mins and I was the only car in line but my food was hot and they gave me extra mozzarella sticks for the wait, so I guess I’ll go back lol

One of the slowest Sonics I know. There are many times the drive through line goes into the street because of the back up. And when you get your food? Everything that is fried is over cooked and crunchy especially the popcorn chicken.

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to! I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes! It’s so slow I checked in and wrote this long horrible review and, I continue to have so much time I get to now write a whole review for the one star I gave this place. This place is horrible I literally could have gone inside and made my own food I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I could take stars away I would anyone who gives this place a star past one I can’t believe it!!! Thank god for Netflix watched a whole episode.

This has got to be the slowest Sonic ever. They don’t have the little stations where you pull-up. Instead, they have 2 drive throughs. One on the left of the building and one to the right. The one on the left doesn’t make sense because you have to reach over the passenger side to pay and retrieve your food. I’ve found the fastest way to get your food is to park your car and order at the seated place. I feel bad for the folks who work here though. They work in cramped quarters with hangry patrons who just want their route 44s.

Is it possible to give a negative star rating? Besides the fact the people that work here are so damn ghetto you can’t even understand them when they speak, they don’t even know the damn menu! My wife loves a «diet ocean-water,» which she has ordered at Sonic’s multiple times all over the state, of, Texas… Was here the other day, asked for one, and the girl literally said, «uh yeah we ain’t got no „ocean watur.“» I asked, are you sure, we’ve ordered it before… and in a voice that echoed a tone that she had better things to do than answer some customers questions, just said, «yea.» Besides that the food is freaking horrible and always takes forever. Needless to say even though i’m 5 blocks from this place I won’t be back.

I went yesterday since it was national hot dog day and they had a special. It is very helpful to have that passenger side drive thru. It made my 6 yr old feel like he helped alot. The dogs were nothing special, just all american but hey what can you expect. It got the job done of feeding my son and I for $ 5. The line was longer than usual but the wait was short.

Terrible for a place called«Sonic» to have an 11min wait time for drive thru. I nearly lost it. You would think with a two sided drive-thru one would be able to handle twice as many people, twice as fast… Nope. I won’t be swinging by there again any time soon.

I should’ve looked at the reviews before I pulled in. After we ordered they had to ask us what we ordered. The Hispanic guy was rudeeeeee. The one girl we talked to seemed to been the only one who knew her job. Service is so slow!!! My slushes weren’t even mixed right. Should be shut down

Interesting place. It has a driver through on either side of the building and you have to reach over the passenger seat to the window, if you use the left side. The staff thinks it’s funny, because the customer has to lean way over. LOL.

The right hand side drive thru window was kinda funky. Seemed fun at first, until I had to crawl across the car for my order. My cream slush was disgusting. Couldn’t finish it. Bad experience so far here.

This location provides exceedingly poor service on a regular basis. Check the Unilocal comments. This will be the slowest fast food you ever experience. Five guys next door is much faster. Today was a particularly bad experience. So I’ve probably had about $ 100 worth of incorrect items in the last year and have no faith in them to get my order right. I ordered three things, a route 44 diet cherry limeade, easy on the ice, and two corn dogs. The limeade comes as all special orders do. If you’re lucky, they’ll just ignore it, and charge you for the extras and not do anything. This location tends to enjoy adding an extra«screw you» though. Rather than going easy on the ice, they filled it to 11 inches of the 12 inches of a R44 cup with ice to let me know that they don’t care about what I want. The corn dogs were a public safety hazard with the dog itself being black instead of pink. I honestly don’t know how that happens, but they’re clearly serving bad/tainted meat. I avoid this place as much as possible. On my last visit there were 3 cars in line that had already ordered. I drove up and placed my order. It took them more than 45 to service the 3 cars ahead of me. There were no cars in the car hops. I have no idea what makes them so slow. Food is standard Sonic quality. Nothing special. Oh, and for the love of God don’t try to use the card reader outside the drive through to expedite payment. I did and it required getting the manager to come over and fix whatever swiping a card does.

Slow, slow, SLOW!!! I don’t know how a place can be that slow and still maintain business. Oh wait, yes I do – it’s the only Sonic in that area, and if you want a happy hour blackberry tea, this is your option. We’re all a bunch of suckers. Service is hit or miss. I’ve had to wait for 15 minutes for food – and I was first in line! – and they STILL managed to get my order wrong. I think part of the problem is the odd layout of this particular location. They have two lines, but not enough space in the actual kitchen to accommodate enough employees to actually handle the workload they’re getting. I’ll keep coming back, but I don’t have to like it!
