This place is trash. Please close it down. The service is horrible. These workers can’t even take an order correctly after repeating it 3 times. Honestly worst sonic ever.

Not a huge shock that this Sonic has so many low ratings. I’ve been patronizing this location since it opened many years ago. It’s had its share of ups and downs over that time, but this last year or so, it has consistently been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever seen. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but I do expect it to adhere to some sort of resemblance to the model of FAST food. Waiting 20 minutes plus after placing an order is not acceptable to me. My most recent experience today left me waiting over 5 minutes after pressing the button to order before I finally just left. Oh well, I guess they don’t née my money anymore. I won’t even discuss the typical sub-par quality of the food, or the attitude of the staff, because it’s fast food, and, well, it’s Sonic. I won’t be returning.

Worst Sonic in town, and that’s saying something. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes to try the new boneless wings I was in the drive thru for ten minutes and nobody would take my order so I pulled into a slot. These wings better be great.

Pressed the button to order just a drink and waited 8 mins before I drove away. I would of went to the drive thru but why bother at that point.

Let’s see, not only did it take 10 minutes to get on the intercom(with a near empty parking lot) it was also very similar to ordering from a toddler with the fact I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then there was our car hop who after saying she was going to get our change left for 10 minutes until I had to re push the button to make her bring it back. Good quality: my tots were cold and my slush(that is supposed to have Nerds) had maybe a toddler handful on top.

Worst sonic ever… Literally got here and there’s was a girl walking out of the door mad looked like she wanted to kill her customers. She was walking back to the car with ketchup on her hands and slow like a turtle. If you don’t want to work with people don’t get a job that requires customer service! And also you should always put condiments in the customer bags to prevent this from happening. We went through the drive thru thinking it would be better and No! We were wrong! There was no service, we waited and said hello several times and no response! Needless to say we decided to leave because we figured if they are giving horrible service we don’t want them handling our sundaes. Never coming back!

This is the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to. Sat in one of the car stalls for 10 minutes. Nobody answered the call button. Two cars next to me came and left within that time. I kept pushing the button, but nobody answered. They obviously don’t keep track of who buzzed in first. I move stalls, thinking the one I was in was broken. That was clearly not the case. Get it together. All I wanted was two Sonic Blasts!

Horrible Service! It took 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Then when I finally made it to the window after waiting another 15 minutes in line, they acted like I was bothering them. This location needs new management or new staff! Very disappointed!
