SLOW!!! That says it all in a nutshell. The outside of the store is very clean. When we got there, there was only one person in their drive thru. We were in a bit of a hurry and thought that would be the place to go. BOY, we were SOWRONG! We ordered at 625PM. We FINALLY got the the window at 645PM. Yes, the truck in from us was there before we were, and finally left at 645pm when we pulled up to the window. They lady took our money and 15 minutes later we were still waiting for our change. She finally came back with our drinks and I asked about the change. She said«She’s getting it». I was starting to wonder. About 5 minutes later, we finally got our change. The lady who brought the change said our food should be out shortly. Shortlyl! We FINALLY got food and was able to leave at 710PM! The only reason we stayed was because where we were going, there wasn’t much of a choice for fast food and something fairly inexpensive, otherwise we would have left a long time ago. We never got a «Welcome» or «Hello» or even a «Thanks for stopping by /for your business». It was the WORST service I have gotten at any drive thru. While we were waiting, I even checked Unilocal for reviews. I can see why they are only one star. They don’t even deserve that! In the time they were getting our orders together, we cold have milked the cow for the cheese, killed the cow for the meat and gotten it all done doing it ourselves. Sad. I hope the Sonic managers/owners see this. My very first job was a cook at Sonic many years ago. If it had taken that long to get the food out, there would have been people fired and replaced with people who can make it happen. They’ve disappointed me 1000%.

Do NOT waste your time at this Sonic! We waited 15 minutes to place a order and then another 20 just to get 2 small snickers blasts. While waiting by the window we saw 5 employees chatting it up while only 1 took orders and made the orders. Then while he made our blast he scooped the candy with his bare hands! Needless I will take the 5 minute longer drive over to the Fairmont Sonic for now on!

WORST. SONIC. EVER. I’ve been here about four times, and my order has never been right. Last night we waited more than 30 minutes for our food, and it was, of course, wrong. We got our money back and left. Drove straight over to the Sonic on Fairmont, got our food in 10 minutes(for a family of 5), and the food was exactly as we ordered, on the first try. Don’t ever bother with this Sonic… save yourself the hassle and frustration.

I have been to this location on two separate occasions and both experiences have been horrendous. My first experience involved watching at least 4 employees, including the manager stand outside one customers car and chat with the customer while we(me and the other 3 cars behind me in line) waited and waited at the drive-thru. One customer at the pull-up menus even shouted from his window that he has waited for his order for 15 minutes and to cancel it and drove off. After waiting 20 minutes and never even having my order TAKEN, I left. The second experience, and my last at this location, involved another long wait for my order to be taken, the carhop being extremely rude, handing me a messy cup covered in ice cream, getting my boyfriend and I’s order wrong, proceeded to not give us any straws or spoons and then told me «you’re gonna have to wait for that» and walked off, and then proceeded to give herself a dollar tip from my change. If you’re looking for a GOOD experience with Sonic and are in the Pasadena area, you’re better off going to the location on Fairmont.
