I am beyond pleased with the customer service I receive each time I place an order. Chris is diligent and professional replying to emails. I’ve never had issues with any order, I can definitely rely on the delivery date! Which is usually within a week. I am always given enough color options and I get what I am expecting, my orders look exactly like the sample!
I recommend these services if you’re looking to be treated like a special customer and not just another one in the list.

I am in the Houston area just for a little while, but placed an order for 175 shirts with Southern Fried T-​Shirts. Why? Because after sending out a request for a quote to about 10 different screen printing places in Houston, Austin (home), and online companies– I heard back from Chris at Southern Fried TShirts the following morning. He was professional from the beginning and very friendly. He was concerned that the order may not be completed on time, as he was going out of town, so he initially said he was going to take care of everything and pass the order over to a colleague’s printing company but that everything would be taken care of. I thought that was excellent customer service.
The shirts were done FAST! Normally, I’ve had to wait 2 weeks to get 100 t-​shirts back (in San Marcos), but I had them back from Chris within maybe 4 – 5 days? and he kept me updated on the process via email, like «I’m picking up the shirts today and will begin screen printing this evening.»
The shirts turned out awesome, btw.
It was the least stressful shirt ordering experience I’ve had (I’ve only ordered T-​shirts like 5 times). I was very impressed with the professionalism and great customer service. You don’t have to worry about getting a recording for the company or like waiting 3 days to hear back via email, Chris answers his phone and emails back FAST.
I feel like this review was so positive that someone might comment «YOU MUST WORK FOR THEM BECAUSE THIS IS TOO POSITIVE» but I don’t. I just had a really good experience.
