Southwest Exterminating Co

I do not recommend using Southwest Exterminating. We had an issue with one of their employees, and I kinky asked that he not return to my home. The manager and The owner were of no assistance in two separate situations as the man has returned to my home twice.
In short, I requested our service be done during their time period after 4pm. This man repeatedly called me around 12−1pm to come out. I reminded him of our after four time die to naps, but he continually insisted on coming earlier. He said that he was already in the area, it was more convenient for him, etc. On one occasion, I asked him not to come when he called a 1pm. He came anyway, pounded on my door and woke up my children, and would not leave when I refused to let him into my home.
The manager said that they would put a note in my file to never send him again. He not only came again, but he asked to come early and didn’t listen again when I refused. The owner again promised to «note my file» and it has happened again.
This situation is beyond ridiculous. I do not want that man in my home again, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. The staff at Southwest Exterminating is not able to manage the situation which is even more frustrating.

They are almost always on time, I never have to dial through some long menu to talk to someone, and I never see bugs around our house anymore. They are always friendly and helpful and I can’t imagine using anyone else at this point. They come out every 3 months and it’s easy to reschedule days if needed. It’s just one less thing I have to worry about now. I recommend them to everyone I know.
