The owner/​operator showed up very promptly to help me get my vehicle from Metro Storage Lot to bright & early on a Saturday morning. He was very courteous & respectful, as well as helpful. And, he was professional in asking for online reviews and future referrals. I will definitely use and recommend their services in the future.

Update to Don’s comment: Oh this definitely did happen and it happened back in 2013. Prior to the incident I hadn’t used the Unilocal app before but I was so compelled to let any and everyone know about my TERRIBLE experience that I started a Unilocal page just for that purpose. I have just recently begin to take advantage of the helpfulness and convenience of the Unilocal app and may have inadvertently clicked on my previous review causing it to update to a more recent date. But I definitely left this review 2 years ago and still am pissed by the crappy service I got! I am not a competitor, I am not some scam page but an actual Houston resident who called this company for assistance and ended up having to pay $ 350 for a new windshield because the tow guy cracked mine and didn’t take ANY RESPONSIBILITY! I indeed did try to contact the company and got NO RESPONSE! I was younger back then and didn’t know the full extent that I could have taken this but I definitely chalked it up to a lesson learned and know now to pay closer attention when I have someone working on my vehicle. If it was at all possible I would still leave NO STARS Don!!!

Never was, and never will be in towing as per my last review, if this guy is part of the towing industry I want no part in it. There was no way that he said thank you when you hang up the phone like that, just look at some of the other reviews. Also most of the good review are at least a year ago and I think they are his friends and family.

Calling Southwest Towing was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made… recently my car has been having issues and in order for me to get it fixed I had to transport it from the Reliant area where I stay all the way to the north side Greenspoint area. Don gave me a great price quote, was at my residence exactly when he said he would be, he was extremely kind and helpful and even called to confirm he had the correct drop of location and to let me know he made it. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of towing assistance, the type of customer service I received was something not many people get to experience this day in age. and reminded me that there are still genuinely good people out there!

I just called Southwest Towing and the guy dispatching was a complete jerk. I asked the rate for a 7 mile tow and he said $ 85. I said that was a little high, and he said what did you have in mind, and I said $ 65 given that’s the price on their website. He said that’s too low for him and hung up on me. If they treat a potential customer that bad I wouldn’t want their service.

Great towing experience! Don saved me when my car recently stalled out in high water. He was very friendly, helpful, and gave me a ride home after dropping off my car at the mechanic to be repaired. I highly recommend Southwest Towing and have them saved on my phone for any future towing needs I might have one day.
