Their staff is incompetent. I ordered prescription glasses from them and 3 months and 8 visits later they still haven’t got them right. Either they mess up the size on the lens or scratch it while replacing it. This is the worst experience I have had in terms of ordering glasses.

Prompt and excellent service for a working individual. It’s convenient for me and anyone else who may work or live in the area.

Dr. Tran is very good at her job and is friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable and she is very helpful in answering any questions you had.
The only reason why I took 2 stars off was because of the staff. Normally whenever I go to any dentist/optometry/doctor’s office it’s nice when the staff is very friendly because it makes me want to come back. The girl that worked there wasn’t. Even when I spoke to her over the phone she sounded maybe almost rude and I don’t think she’s very good at her job. The doctor was very good, but I would hire a better receptionist.

I went back a couple of months ago and I must say that I’ve seen improvements!

they were very nice and patient with me and when there were questions they answered them. The staff is very friendly and the doctor explained stuff and wasn’t above giving me trials for my contacts until we found a fit that made me comfortable. If they had questions on what i wanted then they would call and ask me. I would recommend everyone to come to them. Also, with my glasses they had the nice brands not all that cheap stuff. A very good selection.

I came in for a contact lens exam appointment after I tore my last pair of contact lens and Dr. Tran was very helpful and so gracious to let me have an extra pair until my order came in. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable in assisting me selecting the right eyeglass frame for my face shape. Very fast turn-​around time on my contact lens order and my glasses was ready in a few hours. I recommend everyone to come to Spectrum for eye care services.

The people are kind, but the service is horrible. I am still waiting for my contacts to come in and tommorrow will be 17th day after I ordered them. I had to cancel a trip to Missouri cuz I can’t see that well.
