Nice, friendly, public library. They have free wifi, computer, and printers. It’s not as quiet as it should be because there are kids around and not easy to keep them quiet. But it’s a very clean and friendly environment to study.

I love this library! Yes, it is old and outdated but the charming people who work there outweigh that. The librarians are very friendly and helpful. When I get to the counter they always manage to talk me into another book. Lol! There is a children’s section and it’s at their eye level for them to choose their own books. Several times a month they have children activities for FREE. There are adult activities and classes held weekly. Please consult their website for an updated schedule. There audio sections and DVD section too. They have self-check out for those who prefer self service. Also, there are computers and plenty of seating for those who would like to work and read on site.

We like this quaint library. It is usually a nice visit and is located next to a public park which is a joy when the weather is nice. Like most public institutions with limited funding it has its pros and cons but overall we do end up coming back when needed. So yes we would recommend.

Quiet and tucked away on Corbindale, this library is great. Friendly staff and always casually busy the Spring Branch library has an 80s vibe to it… honestly, what library in Houston doesn’t? Sometimes the computers get crowded so don’t plan on logging in too often to look for a book. Just log into the website and reserve it. I know a lot of people must do that because the list was soooooo long for Catching Fire and Gone Girl. Overall, nice library and park outside. You can register for a new card if you have to because it falls into the Harris County area and is not Houston Public Library.

I like this library because it is next door to the incredibly cool Hedwig Park. It smells like 1979 in there(in a good way). However, the librarians are incredibly nosy, witchy, rude and condescending.

I like this library. They have a great selection of books and DVDs. I love that the DVDs are right in front, so I can grab those first. This Harris county library is smaller than the others I have visited, but it is still very clean and the staff is very helpful. The building seems a little old, but who cares?! As long as I get good books, I’m sold. There are books for sale at this library. Most of them are for $ 1-$ 5. I have purchased a few books from them. You should definitely take the time to look through the stack of books, they have a lot of interesting books there. I recently purchased a collection of love stories. Pretty interesting book. They have a book club that meets weekly(I believe). It’s definitely a good library to visit. take the time and discover this little gem.
