Springhill Suites Houston Northwest

I’m glad we booked this hotel for our Houston event. Front desk was courteous and friendly. They have clean, modern and stylish rooms with free wifi. The free breakfast selections were decent. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

I’m giving out five stars for a $ 99 hotel. I tried to book a room at a pricier hotel but my plans were last minute and they were booked so I was dubious about what my stay here was going to be like; however, so far I am happy. It’s a bit of a drive from the 35 freeway, and my navigation system on my iPhone gave me the wrong directions (hopefully management will read this and contact the powers that be to correct the problem) but once I found the place I was pretty impressed. The room is spacious and modern, but most importantly, IMMACULATE and that is what matters. Do not expect a bedtime sheet turndown or mints on your pillow, but for a nice clean place to sleep with a spotless bathroom, it’s certainly worth the price. The lobby offers soft drinks, beer, and wine for sale ²⁴⁄₇. The bed is reasonably comfortable, and there are plenty of lighting options in the room (bedside lamp, LED reading lamp, overhead lighting) and outlets for charging electronic devices bedside, which are convenient. Did I mention the place is immaculate? Yes I did!

I stayed at the Spring hill suites for 7 days while I was in town for a business trip. The room was very nice, spacious, and modern. The workout room did not have a lot of equipment but you can get a pass to go to the YMCA that was close by. Like most of the hotels in the area they just serve breakfast but there are lots of restaurants nearby in the Vintage Park area. I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom and the staff was prompt to address it. This was one of my longest business trips and I had a very good experience at the spring hill Suites. Overall I would recommended it.

Brand new Springhill Suites that was built in May of 2015, and it shows! The room was a different color scheme than usual (normally emerald couches), but no matter. Good-​sized gym, gorgeous outdoor pool and full bar area that is located within the large dining area. The dining area is so large that you’ll even notice additional seating that extends all the way out to the elevators that are on the other side of the bar.
Parking here seems to be plentiful. It was weird arriving here from the highway though. When pulling in, you’ll think that you are in the back of the building, when you are really in the front. It just has something to do with the design, obviously. Check-​in and check-​out were super easy and efficient (as usual), and breakfast was quite good with a sufficient amount of choices. And of course, this hotel is located directly across the street from a large business park and adjacent to one of the many Houston highways for quick access whenever you need to go.
Can’t wait to return here once again. Well worth the $$$.

This is brand new hotel, looks nice haven’t been yet was looking forward to my stay which since I had a big group, I made with months prior, but apparently even with a contract they did not want my business, they called me the month off my event saying my rooms are no longer available even though I have a contract for the rooms. The general manager doesn’t know what to do, the group sales manager is never there and this experience has been a nightmare! I’ve never had such a bad experience Marriott, if you do make group reservations I would suggest making them elsewhere or making regular reservations for the same date just in case Debbie Bunn or any other of the group sales managers, make a mistake, such as this one.

Hotel is literally brand new. Rooms are clean and place is. Ice as to be expected with a new Marriott/​SpringHill Suites. Manager Ulga was also very helpful with me on making my reservations. I called before they were actually open for business (unknowingly), and she said she would follow up with me the next week. She follow up up with me as promised and all was good.
