I usually get to go and I never call it in. I’m in and out In 10 minutes which is pretty quick the food is always steaming hot so it’s made fresh to order. English is second language to most here but all in all its great.

This place is okay. A little over priced if you ask me, but you do get a good amount of food. Today has the general chicken and a lot of the pieces were dry and overlooked. The texture almost had me wondering if it was chicken at all. Probably won’t choose star wok again. It’s not worth my dollar.

Not bad, nice little café-like atmosphere. Lunch specials prices are incredible & even with the dinner prices there’s no argument there. Although I did not like the dish I had today(chicken with garlic sauce) I’d still come back to try out another dish. Egg drop soup was interesting, I never had it with the broth so… thick. Almost to a gelatin like level but still pretty fluid. Crab puffs had a nice smooth taste to it, & the fact that it wasn’t crunchy made it even more delectable.

I tried the Thai spicy shrimp & it was sweet. Not what I was expecting. I will say I enjoyed their fried rice.

I am eating lunch at Star Wok today. Normally the food is good and they try to accomadate you, however I ordered chicken and broccoli. It is not what they normally serve neither were they interested in getting it corrected. Maybe I didn’t spend enough money because it is lunchtime. I will seriously think about returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

This would get better reviews if the waitstaff and overall service weren’t appalling. My husband ordered something and their was a language barrier as the other guy couldn’t understand much English which is fine but don’t insist that you didn’t screw up the order. The server to my husband he was wrong and the dish he ordered is what he said and left no apologies no nothing. My husband didn’t even touch the food because that’s not what he ordered we paid and left without making a scene but it was upsetting the way he was just dismissed and they clearly did not care.

Currently in town for business and staying in a hotel about 2.5 miles from the restaurant. I placed my delivery order over an hour ago and I’m still waiting. Hopefully the quality and taste of the food makes up for the late delivery time.

Place is so delicious, and they put effort to every plate. I highly recommend this place at any time of the day. The spicy foods are a little extra spicy but it’s honestly the best it tasted. Try the Mongolian chicken and Hunan chicken they’re the best.

I have ate here at least 20 times with the guys from my office and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out very quickly. Great place to get your Chinese food fix.

Horrible food, horrible service… STAYAWAY!!! Ordered delivery and they Brought me the wrong order and when I called to tell them they refused to bring me what I ordered. The food was disgusting to say the least. Spent $ 40 and food went straight into the trash. I’d rather eat ramen noodles than that garbage.

Me and my boyfriend came here and dined in. The service was very prompt. They immediately seated us and gave us menus. I am a vegetarian, so normally I struggle at restaurants to find anything good to order. Not so here! They had vegetable, tofu, and bean curd dishes. Now, I too wondered what the heck bean curd was. So I asked our very knowledgeable and nice waiter, and he told me it was just like crispy tofu. He convinced me to try it, so I ordered it with garlic sauce and steamed rice. My boyfriend got the jalapeño chicken. The food came out pretty quick and my first bite was soooo good. The bean curd was crispy and perfect, and a had a great meat like texture. It was seasoned well also. My boyfriend also loved his food. It was a good portion, I barely ate it all. Not to mention they made sure our drinks was never less than half full. Overall great food and service. I am seriously craving that all the time now.

Terrible service. Delivery drive was late, rude and cussed at me after I paid and didn’t tip after receiving my food more than 30 mins late. Honked continuously as he left screeching off the street. Another time ordering driver still late over 30mins… Not good

They put out a new menu and raised their prices again. Any common dish most people order is a «speciality» dish, is around 11 dollars and only comes with rice. The lunch specials are the only thing that is actually worth it. the food is ok but not worth it at all for the price. If they didn’t deliver I would probably never eat their food

I think I would eat here at lunch time where the prices are more reasonable, but I won’t go out of my way again(like we did this time). Too expensive, dish ONLY come with a small bowl of rice as a side and I wasn’t please with my dish. I ordered the Mongolian Triple Delight that was suppose to be beef, chicken, shrimps and vegetables in a brown sauce. The«vegetables» were tons of onions with a few green tips of green onions, unless you included the boiled celery butt that garnished my plate. There were seriously more onion than beef, chicken and shrimps combined. After that, I had beef, chicken and 3 shrimps. For $ 13.95 I kind of expected a more generous serving of the shrimps. The fried rice was NOT cooked fresh. It tasted like it could have been left over from the day before. Nothing fresh about it. My husband had the Gen Tso Chicken, which he said didn’t taste like Gen Tso, but it was«good». My son had sweet & sour chicken, but the sauce was so thin. They split an order of eggrolls that they said were delicious and I ordered a small bowl of eggdrop soup(In initially ordered miso and was told they didn’t have any, even though it was on the menu). The egg drop soup was good, but this is all hardly worth driving out of our way for good egg rolls and egg drop soup. $ 45 later for Saturday lunch for 3 people is nuts for Chinese food! We could have gone to several other restaurant genres and had much better food, fresher, in greater quantity for the same price. OH Quantity… I never, Never, NEVER leave a restaurant without a doggy bag because of the amount of food served. I could have asked for a doggy bag this time if I wanted to take home my leftover onions. Live and learn. Should have gone to the Chick Fil A in the same parking lot.

Very good food and resonable prices. My friend and I are always in the hunt for good asian cooking, and we can say this place is amongst the best of chinese reataurants in the area. The wait staff is very attentive and polite.

I enjoyed it when it 1st opened, now it’s just bland & dismissible. lunch specials as low as 5 $, still not worth it. Wonton soup though is really yummy.

Spectacular is not a word I would use to describe Star Wok. It’s just a small little Chinese restaurant tucked away towards the back side of a larger shopping plaza. The décor is warm and soft yellow lighting casts a glow over the whole place. There are 2 giant TV screens on opposite walls. The servers are friendly but lack polish. They are eager to please though and will take care of any concerns once you point it out to them, extra bowl, plates, serving spoons, napkins, etc. The food is family style and menu categories includes appetizers, healthy options, diet options, soup, pork, shrimp, beef, chicken, fried rice, noodles, egg foo young, house specialties, and even a kids menu. There are many different variations, choices, and spicy dishes so you’re bound to find something to your liking. The portions are not overwhelming but generous and works well since you can have more variety by ordering several different dishes. The wait is minimum to order and to serve as well. I’ve had the Salted Pepper Crispy Chicken, Mongolian Triple Delight, Thai Spicy Chicken and Shrimp, General Tso’s Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, House Egg Foo Young, and House Fried Rice(probably others I can’t remember). Amazingly enough each dish is distinctive in taste and ingredients are quite fresh. Shrimp never smells like seaweed, beef is never tough, chicken is never dry, and veggies are never over/under-cooked, nothing is too finely cut or too chunky, seasoning is just right, and everything tastes so satisfyingly good. Better yet I don’t go into a food coma afterwards, so they are definitely doing something right in the kitchen. I’ve always been meh about Chinese restaurants since I grew up on it(or similar enough-Vietnamese), but find myself craving Star Wok consistently. The plain old simple goodness of their food has somehow hooked me more than any of the bigger, popular, more conveniently located Chinese places.
