Starbucks is always delicious and this location is no exception. One awesome quality about going to really any location is that I know what I’m getting when I order the same thing I always order. It never varies from place to place and I appreciate that.
This particular visit however was strangely difficult to order my food and drinks because of the thick accent on the person entering in my order.
For some reason it took 4 – 5 times of repeating it to finally get it all together.
A minor inconvenience when my Venti White Chocolate Mocha finally came out… mmmMmmm, so good!
I’ll be back for sure… and if you like Starbucks your experience will most likely be exactly like your last experience at a Starbucks. Consistency is key and I’ll keep coming back to any Starbucks location because of this.

It very pretty inside. I was disappointed that this store has not been saving «grounds for your garden.» They said I would need to bring in a container if I want some grounds saved. Sadness. Other than that… everyone was friendly! Clean store! Love the new looks that Starbucks is going with! I was able to find my mug I needed. This will be a reserve store and evening store! That’s awesome! Can’t wait to come back when they finish!

I love this store. My only complaint is that it’s FREEZING. I’m not talking just a little chilly. It’s like walking into a meat locker here. Really. No exaggeration. But the staff and regular customers are delightful. This would be my regular Starbucks if it weren’t for the frigidity. Holy Crap. It’s. SO. COLD.

Super bummed at the service I received from this location today. I go to this location quite often because it’s right next to my home. Usually they are fantastic, quick and pleasant, that was not the case today. I ordered a venti iced white mocha with nonfat and no whip, and decided to use my reward (as mentioned I go to Starbucks often). The transaction was jumbled as I got to the window a gentleman asked me if I had ordered, which I had. He then asked the woman who made my order and she repeated it to him. I paid for my bottle of water and my fiancés drink and went on our merry way. All was well until we tried the drinks, they literally gave me an iced coffee with milk and it was bitter! There was no syrup nor did the coffee taste fresh. I was super irritated but was already too far gone to turn around. Severely disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through of this location.

There was a crowd inside and outside this location. It’s pretty busy here. People are studying, chatting, chilling, or doing work. All the tables were taken, but there was no line. The cashier was friendly and sweet. I ordered the strawberry acai. The barista was quick and I got my drink within a few minutes. It was very refreshing and sweet. It was a much needed drink for a hot day.
This is a nice place to stop by for a quick drink, but I won’t be staying here long, there’s just too many people here. On to the next starbucks~

The service at this location is on point, which explains why it was completely packed when I stopped by after work. My drink came out immediately. However, I was a bit disappointed that u couldn’t find a table inside, because I was planning on staying to study. It’s quite a bit noisy, which wouldn’t make this the ideal place if you had heavy reading. Overall, a decent location with great employees

The important take away from this visit to Starbucks is that they clearly have no idea how to make a smoothie. This was probably the worst tasting smoothie I’ve ever had. I’ll stick to their coffee based beverages in the future.

The cashier today was very rude. I have been to many Starbucks and get the same thing. A venti iced water with 3 scoops of matcha and 2 splendas. And its usually around a dollar. Today I go in and order my usual and the rude woman at the register tells me I am ordering wrong and i need to be charged for a latte, and if i keep «Making» the barista make the drink I could get them in trouble. Sorry, i do not remember «making» them do anything. I walked out after she continued to tell me I could get them in trouble.

One of the cashiers here is a real jerk. At least have the courtesy to look me in the eye, complete my transaction, and give me a receipt before you walk away to stack cups. If you hate your job, get a new one.
On the flip side, everyone else was very nice. Customer service is a big deal for me, so it’s highly unlikely that I will be back.

Thier barrista just lost a customer!!! Telling me they do not have Sugar Free peppermint when I just had it there from the same place yesterday! Actually Starbucks has lost a customer completely they can take thier gold card and it’s so called benefits, this is the third time in a month I have had issues with a barrista telling me wrong information.

Great study spot (if you’re staying to study/​work for hours bring a jacket because it’ll get cold!). I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and finally leaving a review.
Sunday, It was wet outside and it was packed inside. So, my family and I decided to sit on the chairs outside in front of the entrance. We asked the cashier/​barista if we could get napkins to wipe the wet seats and table outside. Instead of giving us the napkins to wipe it ourselves, the guy at the cashier followed us outside and wiped the chairs and table down for us. I have never seen anyone do that at any Starbucks! They really care about their customers, so I’d say I frequent this location a lot more.
I knocked a star down because the cleanliness of the tables/​restroom. It’s a hit or miss depending on the time of the day.

I use to study here and its by far my favorite starbucks. Love the location and the staff has always been just awesome. They recently got a re model its seems to me to have more seating, which use to be an issue. I love going whenever Im in the area.

The last 2 times I have come to this Starbucks it has been filthy. I understand that they are a busy location but someone should really be designated to clean the tables and side tables on an hourly basis.
I usually like coming here because they have nice chairs to sit in with ottomans to kick your feet up on unlike some other Starbucks that only have wooden tables and chairs. They also have a bookshelf with some paperbacks in case you want to hang out for a bit.
I really wish they would clean up more. I would more than likely frequent this Starbucks more often if they did.

I was having a good Monday ’til I came here.

I was gutted at the lack of manners displayed by both Ladies working today, not a single smile or ‘Please’ from either of them but I persevered and ordered (see pic).

…the final score should have been 1* but this location recently added the $ 3.95 Breakfast Pairings options. In NYC this was always my lifesaver. I would get the Artisan Bacon Sandwich with a Parmesan egg frittata, four smoked bacon slices, and Gouda cheese along with a Caffé Latte to fire up my engines.
The arrival of Breakfast Pairings in H-​Town forces me to add 0.75 to my rating… drat and double drat cos I so wanted to put my ONE STAR ‘Kiss of Death’ on here for their service :(
