Starbucks

I stop at this location a couple times a week since it’s close to work. They are always super prompt and very nice!
Other Starbucks locations should try to mimic how great this one is.
If you have your dog with you try the pup cup for free :)

«Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, (come on sing along) and they’re always glad you came» This place gives you a warm fuzzy feeling, for it to be a chain store. The service is better than some upscale restaurants.
I like to come here in the morning when i need a extra pep, or if I am feeling a little fancy. I walk in and I am usually greeted by the heart of this location: EARL. He has this over the top happiness about him that is so inviting and instantly just brightens up your day. (Someone give this guy a raise!) I come here often and my order has never been wrong. Earl is always there to get my morning started and get my breakfast sandwich the way I like.
You just can’t go wrong at this location, speed and effective with a smile.

In my opinion the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited and have travelled the world with work. The staff are friendly, courteous and personable. Earl is possible the best barista I have ever met, I don’t even need to make my order, he already knows!

Three stars because the last two times I have been, the order has been wrong and they didn’t take responsibility. The customer is always right.
My drink is iced coffee too, by the way. I’m not getting anything too complicated.
The location is also inconvenient because of 290 which is not their fault.

This is the best starbucks to date. Drinks are always made right, and the wait is minimal. They have a trained tenure staff, which increases customer impression. Also, Earl is awesome!

This place definitely has redeemed itself since my last review. Their service is much more efficient, and now I can get a cup of coffee within 5 to 7 minutes at the drive-through.The service is a bit more pleasant also. There’s still a little bit of construction in the area, but it’s much easier and the parking situation is still the same. Unfortunately, I still get times when my drink order is wrong or my cup of coffee is nearly room temperature. Overall, it seems like they’re on the road to improvement :-)

Have been sitting in drive through line for over 30 minutes only to pull up to the window and not be greeted by anyone for another 5 minutes. Ray of sunshine a nice young lady has greeted me and helped. Either this location is severely under staffed or just plain slow. I would have given a 1 star if it wasn’t for the nice young lady

Hopefully they will get electric outlets near smaller tables in middle of shop for the mobile customer. I only see one! I like recharging with coffee and laptop and phone with electricity. I will think twice about coming to this Starbucks. Staff is very friendly and quick which is always a plus in my book.

Always come here after I go visit my T-​Mobile next door. Earl, is awesome. He’s got great customer service as always. If you’re in the area, stop by and check it out! Today was a BlackBerry mojito!

I hate the construction around this place, but this location is always full. I can usually find a table, though. My French Vanilla latte isn’t always done correctly here, but I hate having them remake it, so I usually just grin and bear it. It’s not too bad anyway. The staff is helpful and cordial. Parking can be tricky, so I usually park behind the dumpster in the strip center where Luby’s is. There’s plenty of parking there and it is easy.

This place has gotten ridiculous, from wrong orders to drinks continuously ready before they’re rung up. So then you wait more… So lame…

Being a bartender I know that when a customer comes in right when I’m closing and have cleaned everything can be a hassle. But you take care of your customers. The two employees working there tonight did exactly that for me when I walked in right at 10. Very friendly and put up with my stupid jokes! I think this will be my usual Starbucks from now on.

Drive thru moves quick! This was my 1^st time stopping here & I didn’t have any issues.
This is one of the smaller locations; perfect for a quick stop. To be the morning off to work rush, I was really suprised at how fast the line was moving. I only ordered a regular coffee, so I can’t speak to the caps & fraps, but plan to try them soon.
Service very friendly… even tempted me to buy some beans for the house. :-)
The only thing that really bothered me was gettting in/​out of the lot. This one is right on the corner of major intersection & there’s heavy construction going on. That part sucked, but it’s not the locations fault.

I have only been here a couple of times. This location has pros and cons. They have limited amount of parking space but then they have a drive thru which is helpful. It is a hit or miss for who is making your coffee. The Baristas are nice but it isn’t rocket science to make my coffee correctly. I’m just saying.

This is a Starbucks. This location has quality control issues, by that I mean some people making the coffee are quite good while others are quite not. This location is also home to some of the longer waits I’ve had at a Starbucks both pre and post ordering.
The location is convenient for traveling north on 290 from the loop.

It’s a Starbucks… I’m not huge on Starbucks. While it has some outside seating which is nice, its not a scenic spot nor does it have many comfy chairs inside. Oh well…
