Always good coffee. The employees are terrific. Very efficient. There is a group of older men that come in almost every morning to sit and drink coffee, one of the group probably the oldest of the group will stop what ever he us doing to look at every female that passes by where they sit.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I tried calling to order a travelers of coffee for 30 minutes before driving over. When I got there I waited in line before ordering and being rung up at the register. I was told it would take 15 minutes to fill the traveler. It was going to be tight timing for me to get back to the meeting. Then Angie says she can’t do it and it will take«an hour or two» to fill the order. I told her that I’d already called and they didn’t answer, I’d waited in line and I’d paid for it. She said she didn’t have a phone in the front so she couldn’t answer and then repeated that I could wait two hours. That’s a bunch of bull shit! ITDOESNTTAKETWOHOURSTOFILL A TRAVELERSOFCOFFEE! By the time she got done telling me everything she couldn’t do and then refunding my money she could have filled the traveler. Thanks Starbucks for a all the help and making sure my day got started off on such a positive note.

Loudest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. There are people all around me with laptops trying yo work. I made a comment about the music, requesting it be turned down a hair after another patron asked me if I thought it was loud. The music got louder. The barista working the drink bar is now screaming out drink names and making as much noise as possible. Great job Josh for ruining the experience.

This location opening by my house was a prayer answered haha. The drive thru can get very busy but the good news is it moves quickly. I have no complaints about this location. Coffee is always good.

I love this Starbucks, but it’s always a hit or miss on service and the barista that makes your coffee! Their drive thru is actually super fast which is always a plus because compared to other drive thru Starbucks it takes them forever might as well go in the actual store to get your coffee! There was this one occurrence where I had my dog in my car and the barista saw it and she offered a puppachino which is literally just whip cream! That was really nice of her to go above and beyond her line of duty! I wish I had gotten her name to give her a shot out all I remember it was an Asian girl! The inside is really small which Can be a pain if you’re trying to study there!

Overtime things have gotten better. I love half the staff to death. But then the other half is the one dragging the store down. Half the staff is very attentive and get things done ASAP and correctly. Then the others ALWAYS mess up. And when you try to get it fixed, they give you this huge attitude problem. One particular Hispanic guy, always give me an attitude. One instance he read the label wrong and when I told him it’s not right, he rolled his eyes before me made my drink. Then I told him he is missing caramel drizzle, he snaps at me «next time tell us first it’s extra cost». Like really. ITWASONTHELABELTHATYOUCLEARLYDIDNOTREAD.

The coffee was good here. The location is quiet and clean. The girl taking my order was nice, but when I handed her a $ 50 bill to pay for my order(which was around $ 10) she swiftly handed the bill back to me and said«I’m sorry I can’t break this.» $ 50 dollar bills are not like $ 100’s. Everyone should be able to take them no problem. I’ve never experienced this with a $ 50. She then checked with a slew of employees around the store to see if she could take my money. They all said no, but I told her that was all I had. She ended up making change for it in the end. It could be less complicated if this location just agreed that $ 50 bills are real money.

I have now had 2 very bad customer service experiences at this Starbucks. This Starbucks is always very busy in the mornings and the drive through line gets very backed up. That’s okay– I don’t mind waiting. What I do mind is being yelled at by the drive through girl when I finally do make it to the front of the line. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I understand that bad days happen. But in a customer service position, she shouldn’t be taking out her bad day on the customers. Her name tag said Jenny. I have no idea if she was the person who was so rude when I went there a few months ago, but this Starbucks clearly has a systemic problem with poor customer service. Since I prefer to not be yelled at when I get my coffee, I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

I always come here and they do an ok job. I know that you can give your drink back for them to remake it, well sometimes you don’t have time for that. So they have this deal right now where it’s happy hour, half off of fraps. Well I went to get a frap, and of course there was lots of people, So I’m sure they are tired of making fraps. I would think they would be good at it, but that wasn’t the case. The frap was just ok.

The baristas are always super friendly! Their wifi is a little spotty outside, but perfect indoors, and it isn’t a freezer like some other Starbucks are.

I use to come to this Starbucks 3 – 4 times a week since June 2014. In September, I tried to give-up caffeine and avoided Starbucks. This obviously didn’t last too long. The service use to be awesome! When you go inside the Batista would greet you, the order would come out QUICK and CORRECT. Even in the drive thru, the line would be SO long but it was going fast. But not sure what happened now. the quality has DROPPED. It takes FOREVER! Don’t even bother going to the drive thru because your order will be wrong or they will mess up on your drink. They forgot to put espresso in my Caramel Machiiatto. I didn’t even realize it till I got to work and took a sip out of it.

I have been here several times, and I’ve always been pleased with the location and also with the staff. They are very quick, and once when I was here I did not have enough money to pay for a drink, because I forgot my wallet at home. The staff was kind enough to give me my order for free, so long as I pay them back the next day. The only thing that I’m sad about is that in the afternoons, there are not enough selections. There’s no decaf, no dark roast, and not many choices of pastries. That is not a stab against this particular Starbucks, this is for Starbucks across the board.

If the girl had paid any attention to my order things would have gone a lot smoother. Sure, I have a girly drink order, but hey, I’m paying for it. Quad Venti ten pump toffee nut breve with whip. The barista didn’t know what breve was and had to call his manager out of the back to ask. I would have gladly told him myself to save time but he didn’t ask me. When I got my drink I could tell they had not put near enough syrup in and checked the label. No extra syrup on it so I took it back and got a few more pumps and a dirty look from the cashier. No whip cream and by this point I didn’t even feel like complaining. To them. Now that I Unilocal I complain to the whole world.

I came here on a Saturday, it wasn’t busy at all. Ordered two drinks, one was ready and they didn’t call out the order and it sat there for a bit until I realized um hey where is our order? Second drink never even got made and the associates were just standing around. I had to go up and ask if they forgot mine. Not a single apology and I am pretty sure they didn’t really even look at me. SORUDE. Just an OH… made drink and slapped it up on the counter. I am not sure where the«friendly» associates were on my visit, because I certainly didn’t experience any sort of exceptional customer service. I reloaded my Starbucks card on this visit and also bought merchandise. Real disappointed.
