This Sbux was a welcomed treat in the Hilton Houston North. Since there is really NOTHING around the hotel except an abandoned mall, it was nice to be able to have some java whenever I wanted.
I stayed in the hotel for a conference and utilized the Sbux a few times. It is just inside the hotel, in the gorgeous atrium. It has natural light even though it is indoors so it’s a nice change of pace from traditional Sbux locations.
The coffee was fresh, and the staff were friendly. They don’t handle the large lines as well as I am accustomed to, but it wasn’t too bad. I did enjoy going for a late afternoon pick-​me-​up and having little to no line waiting for me.

I like this Starbucks because its in the big Hilton atrium — lots of wide open space. Free Hilton lobby wifi. Usually when a Starbucks is located inside a Hotel I shy away. But I find myself visiting here more and more, even for casual meetings. Don’t let the parking distract you — its convenient and right in front of the hotel.
Nice lobby soundtrack too. Roxy Music and other cool stuff.
