I have been to so many Starbucks but this one is simply a joke. The drive through line is so slow no matter what time of the day you drive in. It’s in a busy location but I think the employees do not realize that. They really need to be more spontaneous. I never had any problem with my drink though as I take regular frappé.

This Starbucks revamp their new interior which makes it more study friendly. The staff is a tad bit better. A few more smiling faces but their notorious customer service is the same during rush hours.
Everyone just seems too drained to hustle a few simple drinks. I don’t understand how someone can mess up a ice coffee order thats printed on the sticker in bold print, and the lady before me. Witness many mistakes every single visit.
Drive through is still longer as ever. I ordered my drinks at the drive through and as I was leaving the girl who took my order said «what the hell» for unknown reason. And yes the employees bicker. I don’t care… just wake up and make the drinks right. By the facial expressions you can tell they hate their job with a passion.
Worst Starbucks that I’ve been to and I’m a very patient person.

The first time I visited this Starbucks, the line was extremely long, which was to be expected because I went in the morning. However, the line moved extremely slow and when I finally received my drink, I drove out only to realize that they had given me someone else’s order.
Fast forward about a month, and here I am in my car, after over ten minutes of waiting behind three cars, with my soggy Spinach and Feta wrap and a half filled tall flat white that’s scalding, even after waiting ten minutes to drink it.
If I could give less than a full star, I would. Next time, I’ll drive the extra two miles to receive better service and better quality food and drinks.

I have been here several times, both inside and drive through. Inside moves faster than drive through as far as I can tell. Just don’t park by the entrance as the drive through line often blocks people in those spots.
The drive through seems to be an entirely different Starbuck’s. I’ve been through the line 6 – 7 times now, and I’ve noticed that no matter what conversation has been had at the drive-​through intercom, another must be had at the window. I’ve seen more handing of drinks and food items back and forth than I have in any other Starbucks drive through. On two occasions, when I’ve ordered my regular drink-​a venti mocha with two pumps cinnamon dolce-I’ve received what amounts to a mocha WITHOUT any mocha and only the two pumps cinnamon dolce. This is the only location out of the many I’ve visited that has done this even once, let alone twice.
I think this may be a training issue. Not that I know how Starbuck’s training works, but in other locations I have frequented in the past (before moving to this area), the A team is on the drive through while the B team works the inside orders. This seems to be flipped at this location, with the B team handling the window. If it weren’t the closest one in my area, I’d go drive through another Starbucks. Mobile ordering may ensure your drink is correct but will not save you drive-​through time.

Yep this place sucks! Drive thru is horribly slow! Also got my order wrong! Never again!

Terrible service. Was just there on 10÷8÷15. Waited at drive thru intercom for 5 minutes. No one was ahead of me. Drove to the window. Girl at the window did not acknowledge my presence and was coughing all over the place. Disgusting!

Is it just me, or is it that almost all the employees that work here have a really bad attitude. Makes you almost want to boycott it. They give you a attitude if they misheard you. Like come on guys. I told them at least 5 times my drink order which is on the menu and I’m pretty sure is common drink cause everyone I’ve seen has a passion tea in their hands. I just find it outstanding how they never have bread. But I can always see it when I get to the window. It just astonishes me. I have only had one good experience here. And that was last year. If you can go to another Starbucks go there. Do not come to this one. They’ll get your orders wrong and give you a attitude. Just not worth it.
The company needs to have a talk to their employees. Or just replace them. Hope they read all the reviews of this place and make a change.

Worst and probably slowest Starbucks on earth. Don’t know who owns this place but if you’re reading this, you got problems.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I forgot to tell the cashier to split my drinks into two separate bills when I ordered at drive thru and when I got to the front of the line and asked her, she lectured me telling me that I should remember to tell them to split it when I order because it makes the employees have to do more work. What kind of employee has the nerve to talk to a customer like that?
Then, I clearly told her I had a reward on my Starbucks account yet she charged me for both of my drinks.
I am appalled that Starbucks train their employees like this. I’ve never encountered such horrible customer service at a Starbucks before and will definitely will not be coming back to this location EVER again.
I do not know the name of the employee but she was running the drive thru line today at 4:00. I hope she gets fired. Her attitude is beyond what is acceptable.

Good place to people watch. Oh! And listen to people’s crazy orders. And hear the employees fight with each other when there are no customers.
They made my drink right. Spelled my name right on the cup. And there was only 1 annoying kid the entire time I have sat here… Which is going on an hour and a half now! Oh! Plus 1 star for a good WiFi connection! (I hate it when I get an SB with bad WiFi). And the music isn’t too awful.
So, yeah. It’s A-​OK.

SLOW!!! Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to… not a one time occurrence either. Every single time. And the way the location/​drive through is set up causes major traffic congestion.
To add. my drink was made incorrectly. I asked for extra white mocha and they gave me an extra shot of espresso.
The last time I came here I asked for an iced green tea latte and they gave me a green tea frap.
Customer Service is terrible. I waited at the monitor to place an order and nothing was said. for a while… I finally said hello? (Politely) and still nothing. When I finally ordered and made it to the window I waited for another 4 minutes for someone to even come UP to the window… the lady said nothing to me. Nothing at all beside the price. Nothing else was said. No hello no thank you no here’s your drink no sorry for the 20min wait. Nothing.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Sorry for the caps, but that needed to be emphasized. I’ve been to this this location many times. Their drive-​thru is notoriously known for taking forever to make drinks. The service inside have been this terrible, but never really that great either. My last visit definitely threw me over the edge.
I asked for a drink, a Mocha Macchiato (it wasn’t on their menu), I’m no barista, but if you replace the caramel drizzle with mocha drizzle, there’s your drink. Unfortunately, the manager decided that my request was too lofty and she started screaming at me. I did nothing to to provoke her yelling, but she thought that was good customer service. If she politely said we cannot make your drink, I’d be puzzled, but I wouldn’t have made an issue out of it. Anyhow, I will not be back.

This is a TERRIBLE Starbucks location. You are better off getting coffee at the gas station across the street.
First, the drinks are never right. There is always something wrong, or heavy handed or light handed.
Second, the service is THE WORST. I mean, its so nad that although I work down the street from this location, I’d rather get gas station coffee or a Red Bull. From the staff to the rudeeeeee management. Just no and no and no.
Third, I have gotten stuck on the drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting. Really guys? Wth is going on? And this has happened at least 3 times. No apology, no explanation… nothing.
Save your money.

This particular location is insanely busy and for that reason should definitely be a larger store. The staff are friendly enough and the drink consistency is great but the wait times and the overcrowding aren’t very appealing especially if you’re wanting to sit down comfortably and have a chat with someone.

For the Meadows Place/​Stafford area, this is the best Starbucks location. It’s kind of, «pick your poison» in this part of town, though, so don’t get too excited.
We’ve had good times and bad times here, and we don’t come enough to know who to avoid or not.
Finally, the lines and location… it’s terrible. I’m talking lines backed up on to the freeway.
Hopefully the company, or some franchise, opens up another location on the northwest side of the 59 in Stafford soon! But until then, here’s to hopes and dreams. *clink*

This location is probably the worst one that I have ever been to. It always takes an unreasonably long time to make the drinks. It’s 3 minutes from my house and I refuse to come here because of how slow the service is! Even when I was the only person who was in the store at the moment they didn’t realize that I had ordered a drink and it took them over 15 minutes to make the drink, again I was the only one in the store! There is no communication between the staff and it seems as if everyone expects someone else to do the work. Don’t go to this location unless you have a lot of time to kill.

Friendly staff who always knows how to help me with my order. They always accept my coupons and discount codes unlike some other areas, and though they are always busy, I always manage to find a seat and take care of my to do list. Quick and easy service. Someone usually tunes up. Convenient location. Includes a small but outdoor patio and seating area viewing the freeway feeder road. A bit noisy for an outdoor setting. Lots of place to park, wish the drive thru was bigger.
Try the march menu!!! The tiramisu latte is yummy and simple! Hope it has a permanent home on the menu.

Each time I stop or pass by this Starbucks, the drive-​through line wraps around the store. The cars in the drive-​through line sometimes make it a challenge to back out of your parking spot.
I like their covered outdoor patio even though it gets lots of freeway noise.
This Starbucks is medium-​sized. Locals seem to like hanging out here and chatting.
I’ll update my review when I visit more in the future.

I am not a coffee person, but I have long been amazed at Starbuck’s business model. I’ve seen two of them directly across the street from each other THRIVE.
This one seems to barely function despite being busy ALL the time.
I had extra time this morning and a gift card, and the mood for a peppermint hot chocolate.
No peppermint. Err??? Don’t you know it’s peppermint season?!
Still, the pecan tart was amazing and my hit chocolate hit the spot.
Staff was not super friendly this morning, and it was much, much slower this post-​holiday Friday. Place was pretty dirty. The floor had stuff everywhere and there were multiple dirty tables. No way was the place cleaned before it closed and reopened this morning.

Actual conversation, «Sorry we aren’t serving Christmas blend (although it’s packaged for sale); however we are serving Thanksgiving Blend. I guess we are backwards like that.»

In my prior life, I’ve worked as a barista. So the following is from experience and not just IMHO. I noticed these things based out of being behind the counter as a food service worker from my high school and college days.
The cappuccino I ordered took an inordinate amount of time to be made. There was no usual excellence bar, the barista didn’t care and was on his own laid back schedule and seem to keep walking away from his station to get ingredients he needed. The que kept growing for drinks. He was nonplussed. Drive thru looked to be backing up.
My ride outside was seriously inconvenienced. I considered leaving without my paid beverage.
Was I really in a Starbucks or a bus depot? It was stunning. Inside not meticulous but dirty. Further the look of the customers in the lounge were, how do I say this nicely… Unkempt people from different ages AND social strata with expensive electronic equipment that had a similar thematic behavior… they don’t care.
Many in the lounge camped out with belongings strewn about. Students, newspaper readers, lap top loungers. This space is sloppy and small and needed a lunchroom lady or hostess to keep this social experience to keep it together. Not me. I’m not applying.
Space: Maybe Starbucks needs to expand this space or re-​plan the layout. It was hard not to bump into people with all of the couches, promotional point of sale displays and, well, people lounging and waiting endlessly for their beverage.
Fact: The turn in for this Starbucks has a bad approach from the highway feeder. I’ve been almost hit a few times and in the morning, during past visits, the que to get in starts in the highway feeder. What? Who laid out this store?
I usually frequent the drive-​thru. And readily admit, It has been a substantial amount of time since I’ve been inside. I’m not returning. I don’t feel safe here. And after I placed my order I checked in on Unilocal and only then read the prior reviews. I was sad to agree with them. Yikes.
And what’s up w all the security cameras pointed at the staff and not the lounge.
As I received my beverage I left quickly and went to my ride. In the car tasting my beverage, I realized, it was somehow missing something, consistency.
That was my last red flag. Bye. Bye.
