The cashiers and baristas I’ve encountered have always been really friendly! Especially in one situation where another patron grabbed my drink and walked off thinking it was hers(insert grump face here). He clearly felt bad since he knew I had already been waiting and worked quickly to get my drink re-made. I wish they could expand or have some more help because every time I’ve come in there’s a long line and the wait time for a drink is a minimum 10 minutes.

Worst Starbucks EVER! only two people in line and over 15 min One lady preparing samples for lunch service Other guy busy texting Argued that I can’t get a quad Macchiato without getting a caramel Macchiato Once the order is in, other guy grabs my cup, but wants to finish his texting first. This is a crying shame that I will never come back to the Starbucks right next to my house. This means I will still go to other Starbucks, but I will be going less frequently since those are out of the way.

Not a typical Starbucks experience here. The cashier is quiet pushy with getting me to spend the money. I ordered my drink and without waiting for me to tell him which size I want. He suggested the grande size(I was going for tall but reluctantly said sure). He then asked if I want to add more stuff to my drink. I said no. Then he asked«what about something to eat?» I said no and then he kept asking for what seems to be everything else on the menu. This is the first for me at Starbucks. This place makes me feel like checking out at target and having to say no to apply for a department credit card 5 different times. I only come here bc it’s closer to my place, parking is easy, and I can easily find a seat here. I expect the drinks and the customer service to be the same since you know, they’re part of the franchise. I was a little disappointed and taken back with my experience here today.

I love this Starbucks. It’s huge and a lot room you can sit and relax. In which there times I do my work here on my Tablet. The service is great. I always get Java Chip Frappecino and they make it great here.

Great Starbucks. Always clean and efficient. I’m here enough most of the baristas know my name and drink. My wife is also a regular here. I’m glad this store got the clover, although I don’t always take advantage of it. The recent remodel looks nice.

There are two guys working. One is chatting elaborately with one customer in order line. Another one comes to join the conversation while drinking his slushy. Finally, he started to help me and another customer walks up behind me and the employees started talking to her. For a cup of iced coffee and empty store, the order took too long. 10 minutes. Not a typical«Starbucks» experience.

You know I love my coffee, and this is my closest Bucks en route to work… but jeeeeeez, this particular barista is the biggest douche bag ever! He is slow, his drinks aren’t good, my latte wasn’t even hot, the worst! Has the crappiest attitude ever, no work ethic, his service sucks! Its enough that I shall find another location to frequent. 2 stars for location and the register guy was polite. Bad customer service is the worst, the pm barista needs an attitude adjustment!

I needed a Starbucks close to an errand I was running, so I picked this one. I needed to be on a call from work, so I was dependent on their WiFi. Luckily, one Unilocaler pointed out that their WiFi is AWFUL, so I brought my own Verizon mifi just in case this was true, although I was hopeful. Everyone at the counter was nice, but apparently they discontinued their chamomile, and no one could really offer a solid substitute. I settled on a black tea and went to find a seat. The music in the place was SO loud. There was no way I could take my call inside. I don’t know how anyone concentrates in there. Then, lo and behold, the internet didn’t work at all. I could barely get onto Google. I moved my things outside and took out my MiFi that saved the day. A Starbucks that has no recommendations, has blasting music, and has the worst WiFi I’ve ever seen, I do not think I’ll be back.

Depending on the day, the baristas can be moody! The only reason I go to this location is because it’s next to the gym. However, they recently renovated and the setup is more comfy than other Starbucks. If you are wiling to battle attitude from a barista, it’s worth checking out.

I’m a regular at this location, the morning barista Ben knows my name :-) It’s always quick service here, even if you see a line to the door, it’s not going to be more than maybe 10 minutes. They are efficient and always pleasant. I’ve always had my order done just right and I keep going back! It’s my Friday always go-to before work or on a day when I KNOW I have a long road ahead of me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went here Saturday, April 26 after leaving brunch. I ordered a tall caramel frapp and got a nasty a** coffee. I was pissed!!! Coffee makes me so emphatically nervous, and jittery. I called back to speak with the manager(who could’ve cared less about this mishap), and told me everything short of «oh well»!. I asked them to put the money back on my card since I paid from my iPhone Starbucks app. They told me no, but I could drive all the way back to them to get it back. Like seriously, I live nowhere by this location. Worthless! I WONTBEBACKTOTHISLOCATIONAGAIN! Do something to make it easier to get your money back thru the Starbucks app… especially when YOU are at fault!
