I’m being nice giving this place 2 stars. I paid $ 30 for an hour of Foot Reflexology. What I got was 45 minute of very weak massage. When I questioned the time, the girl said you only get 50 minutes. I said I didn’t even get that. The girl at the front verified what time I walked in and that I only received a 40 minutes, but she didn’t attempt to fix it until I was in the parking lot walking away. There are too many good, less expensive places in town. It’s unfortunate because this place is next door to Biron’s where I wait for my child 2 ½ hours a week. I would have been a regular if it were even decent.

This is my first to get in Starlight Day Spa. The brand new facility with very clean room and nice smile greeting. Peter is very professional and powerful. I get relaxed from my busy day. Thanks!

I bought a Groupon to try out this new massage place as there was a promo code going on. This was on May 31st. I called and scheduled an appointment, mentioning that I had a Groupon to try out. When I arrived, I was greeted by a lady who told me that she called her boss and the Groupon wouldn’t take into effect until the next day(June 1st). At the very least I could have been told this over the phone without having to drive all the way over(took me about 20 – 25 minutes) to the location! NOWHEREINTHEFINEPRINT did it say that the Groupon would not take into effect June 1st by the way. I asked if they could just accept the Groupon as intended as I followed all the right steps(purchase, set up appointment, show Groupon, enjoy). I got some spiel about how they couldn’t do so and they won’t get paid right and yada yada. Then I get told they’re running a «special» for a 30 minute massage for $ 20. I was already there so I decided«what the heck, I’ll just do that.» Worst massage ever. Whether they were either understaffed at the time or need some serious organizational structure, my masseuse(the lady that greeted me at the front) stepped out of the room FOURTIMES whenever customers came in(there was a little bird sound that would ring whenever a customer arrived). That’s FOURTIMES in a 30 minute period. I already PAID extra out of my own pocket(not applying the Groupon mind you since they«didn’t accept it until June 1st») and I get crappy, interrupted service. At the end, the masseuse had some nerve to ask if I would tip. I reluctantly gave $ 5 so I could leave the place. Oh and she mentions that I can use the Groupon«next time». Yeah right… I’m never returning to this place again. I’ve been in communication with Groupon about this. Not recommending this place at all. Here you go Groupon, I’ve left a review so you can caution about partnering with this business and tainting your brand.

I was very impressed by this spa. The staff is very friendly and professional. The ambiance and cleanliness of the the facility is a very comforting. I was given my massage by Crystal and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I would encourage you to try Starlight Day Spa. I have made my next appointment for this weekend.

Best massage ever! I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Kelly and she’s awesome! I was suffering the pain of my shoulders and my neck, she makes me feel so much better. Definitely gonna do it again next week.
