Not the best place to buy MTG. Items need to be order online, and pick up next day. The kid at front seem new working there. Bought booster pack, and he wouldn’t let me pick my own, talk about luck with crappy card. Since I’m traveling and stopping by, not a fan.

I called asking for help around 10:45a.m to see what time do they open today since it was mlk day. Guy on the other side told me that they open at 11 am. I then ask him if they sell individual cards, he said yes. I wanted to ask him if they sell a specific card. Before I managed to ask him, he blurted out that he was unable to help me and that he only picked up was because «it rang and rang and rang». Annoyed, I just thanked him and hung up.
I will take my money else where, where their employees or even the manager want business. Too incompetent to answer a quick question.

i understand having people use the computer so they can keep up with their inventory, but jesus making me pay at least 10.00 dollars worth of singles just so they can go in the back room. also they made me pay for shipping even though i was in the store. Empire and gerards are way better
