I don’t have too much expectations when I go to Subway, but this particular Subway has still managed to disappoint me. This Subway used to be on the other end of the shopping center about 10 years ago where the 24 Hour Fitness is and after getting a really nasty case of food poisoning there, it took me another 6 years to try them again when they got the new location. The statute of limitations has passed on the alleged food poisoning and I don’t know if it’s still the same owners, but I have not been impressed with the service here in the last few years either. I went there today and to my surprise there was not a single person in line. Usually at the lunch rush in other Subways, there is a line of people and this is a busy area so that was my first clue they have gone down hill. The guy came from the back and got my order luke warmly and I got the Friday Special(which really isn’t all that«special» given that it’s 6 bucks for a sandwich, drink, and chips). The only request I had was to leave it in the toaster for double the time they usually put it and I even told him I would be ok if the bread got a little burnt. Part of that is because I still don’t trust them fully and want to make sure they kill bacteria, and the other part is well, I felt like a toasted sandwich. When it came out of the toaster, the cheese had barely even moved, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe everything else is hot. But nope, once I got the food, the bread was cold to the touch. I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it there, but I had a luke warm sandwich which was far worse than if I had said nothing at all. So either: 1. The dude didn’t understand English(or perhaps I mumble and he was too nice to ask me to repeat myself, but then again, he did ask me again«2 times?») 2. The dude doesn’t know how to operate the toaster 3. The toaster was cold on the account of not having customers there and he really didn’t give a shit and literally put it double the usual time and as far as he knew, his job was done. I’ve worked in the service industry too and know it’s not easy to put up with a-holes like me, but at the very least, you say hi to the customer and when there is nobody else in line, at the very least you can see if the one request they had is done. I’ll go to Dimassi’s next door next time.

Same old type of Subway. However, the staff SUCKS. It’s actually incredible how much they suck… maybe they’re in the wrong profession. Every time I come in, it takes a couple minutes for anyone to even pop up out of the back. No one is ever there waiting. The staff doesn’t say a word more than they’re supposed to. They don’t smile. They have attitude. They’re extremely rude. Apparently, I said something that wasn’t loud enough for her to hear(something my friends would NEVER suggest was true), and she looked at me and goes, «WHAT?!» Wow. Couldn’t handle that any better? Go suck a 5 dollar footlong. I hate this Subway.

Terrible service, rude employees, radio playing so loud you had to scream to be heard. Three employees and none of the even acknowledged me. Terrible sloppy sandwiches. NOT going back to this location.

This morning, my wife and I experienced a $ 5FOOTLONGFAIL. We go in. I get my sub and she orders an October Special $ 5 Footlong Spicy Italian. My wife then asks«Can I substitute turkey instead of ham?» The lady making the sub says«YES.» At the cash register, the lady charges $ 7.50 for the Spicy Italian. I asked why and she said, «you got turkey!» I think that is ridiculous. When there’s a substitution, you expect to be notified of any upcharge. especially a 50% one. I WANTMY $ 2.50BACK!

I’m a fan of Subway because it’s close to my job, Sandwich artists, assorted breads, fresh meats, vegetables I had lunch at Subway on Tuesday afternoon. Once I stepped in line, the artists behind the bar prepared my meal deal. Soft and textured bread, fresh cold cuts, vegetables served with two cookies and a soft drink. At first bite, it was pleasant, but I started to think which cued the gerbil inside its wheel to get started up. I looked at my sandwich and asked: Where is the artistry? Where is the inspiration? Where is the creativity? What’s my motivation to eat their works of art? Then, the gerbil paused in reverence to the coming«ah haa» moment of enlightenment. The answers to the questions were simple. There wasn’t any artistry, inspiration. And, sadly, this story’s ending was a disappointment to write the least. Yet, beneath the extra layers of sprawled veggies, wrecked tomatoes, and slathered mayo and smeared mustard, Subway remains deserving of our appetites’ attention for healthy food and lousy composed sandwiches.

This place is aiiiiight for quick, cheap, and fresh. They are all friendly here but sometimes during lunch they run out of stuff like baby spinach or bell peppers :(Must be a busy location!

So cheap and underrated in general. If it weren’t for«Jared», Subway would be absolutely perfect.

We’ve lived near this Subway for almost 7 years, and while both my partner and I both enjoy Subway, we don’t necessarily enjoy *this* Subway. The food is the standard Subway fare, you can expect the same thing you see at every other Subway.(Have I said Subway enough?) The staff is unfriendly. They don’t smile, they don’t greet you, they don’t thank you. I’d like a little customer service, thank you very much. They don’t tessellate the cheese. They just slap the cheese on their, overlapping the triangle edges, and I think use 1 less slice than they should.(Such a petty little complaint!) There’s very little artistry from these sandwich artists. Doesn’t make the food taste any worse, but also doesn’t make it any better. They are fast, and they are efficient at dinner time, never been during lunch time.

Generally an after gym stop off since the idea of eating anything too greasy is never appealing. This subway is never really crowded at the times that I’ve gone. It’s generally a pretty quick affair. The sandwiches are decent, and toasting is available for those who like it, fans of Quizno’s for that reason might be interested. The salad option is a good one if you are trying to avoid some of the calories associated with the many bread options.

Sandwich artists, assorted breads, fresh meats, vegetables and the $ 5.00 ft. long is Subway’s story. I had lunch at Subway on Tuesday afternoon. Well done sir, I am impressed. My mainstay, Chipotle, was teeming yesterday, and given that I didn’t have much time, I decided to try something a little different. «Why would you go to a sandwich shop when you are wheat-free?» Good question… in response: Well, I wanted to take a chance on this salad idea they have there. I had it, and it was surprisingly good. And it was fairly cheap. So well done Subway, you surprised me.
