Do NOT go to this subway. They’re rude, inconsiderate and flat out disrespectful. I waited 4 minutes before the 3 women working FINALLY decided to come out and take my order. Her and her other co-workers were speaking about me in Spanish. I just laughed because I understand Spanish, it’s dis respectful what they said but I walked out saying thanks for making fun of me, I understand everything you said to me! So RUDE!!! Will never go back to this subway while in down here taking my mom to CANCER treatments!

The workers did not even acknowledge when I walked in. They put minimal food on my sandwich and never spoke to me until telling me the price. They just spoke Spanish between one another and laughed.

The lady behind the counter grimaced when I asked for a chopped salad. I had a hard time understanding her due to her thick accent. We went back and forth answering the same questions several times. She seemed irritated that I was there. The lady at the register was nicer, smiled and seemed friendly. It was her first day at this Subway. My sons sandwich was good. It’s the first time I ordered a chopped salad, it was pretty good.

I’ve been patronizing this Subway location off and on since they first opened. Yesterday was the first time in a long time to get something to eat here. I had a gift card from some time ago that needed to be used. First thing I noticed the day of my visit was that there was no spinach; I will usually substitute spinach for lettuce if it’s an option. Another was that they didn’t have unsweet tea available; in fact, the container that it’s usually in was not there on the counter. Granted, I did substitute or optioned out the things I wanted, but It would have been courteous to let customers know on why the products were not available. Even though this location is five minutes anyway from where I work at, I’m not coming here again.

This is the second time I have been here. For some reason I feel the employees are friends and family. This does not fare well in the way of customer service. The first lady who made the sandwich said, ‘I guess you want this heated’ while she grimaced. I told her the toppings I wanted and as she wrapped up the sandwich I reminded her I had asked for oil and vinegar and she said, ‘give me a minute’. They were out of iced tea and when I asked she rolled her eyes and went to the side to talk to another employee. No iced tea for me.

Their card reader is down… again. Must mean I’m not suppose to eat here today. There’s a Subway down the street. Problem solved.

Where do I even begin… For starters, the two women behind the counter did not speak english well so they couldn’t understand or speak to us. My boyfriend asked for a Subway Melt and he wanted it toasted. The woman who was making his sandwich only put turkey on it and proceeded to toast the sandwich. When he pointed out that he wanted the Subway Melt and that it also came with ham and bacon, the woman got irritated and instead of starting over with new bread, she peeled off some of the turkey and added some ham and bacon and put the same bread back into the oven. What he ended up with was bread that was so overly toasted it was like a sandwich made from giant croutons. When it was time to pay, the woman didn’t understand that we were paying separately because we both wanted to use a coupon. It was obvious she couldn’t read the coupon because it said we could get ANY size drink with our sandwiches and she insisted it was only for the small drinks. Last time I checked, any means more than just the small. My sandwich was honestly very good. His, was not. He didn’t complain further because neither of the women understood anyway and it was not worth the hassel. I don’t care what race or what country you’re from, but if you are going to work in an American business it should be required that you speak and understand English. You don’t peel warm meat off of toasted bread and reuse the same bread on a sandwich that you messed up on, especially when the customer is watching. Seriously, that’s just bad service. We will not be going back to that location.

How do you not know how to make a sandwich? Three people behind the counter and the lady clocking out is the one instructing them from the front of the counter. Didn’t know how to cut the bread the subway way. Didn’t ask what I wanted next. I had to speak up and go step by step. The sandwich was bland. I will never go back to this subway.
