Do not use online order. If they don’t have the ingredients you will not get your sandwich but will still be charged. When you send feedback via the app you will not hear anything. You will be forced to contact you credit card and declare fraud or just pay for something that you never get.

This subway has no set hours from what I can tell. They close whenever employees feel like it. The hours posted on the door and online are completely irrelevant to the whims of employees it seems. I live right by here but am somehow never able to catch them open after 6pm. Crazy!!!

I go to this place not just because is very close to my office but is one most cleanest subways and the people there always have a good attitude. This subway goes to my list of favorites for that reason. Always clean and good service. The other day I went there and the bread was just bake. It was delicious. One of the best subways in town

ABSOLUTELYTHEWORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!!! We went to this subway on June 11, 2014. I do not ever leave reviews but the HORRIBLE experience I had today makes me feel I should warn future victims. My family and I went here for dinner for a quick meal. The employee was was impossible to understand or hear. She proceeded to help my wife, who ordered a salad. She put maybe 50% of salad in the bowl. Now here is where I have the problem! My wife kindly asked if she could have more lettuce at which point the employee said that«she didn’t think she needed any more than this.» Furthermore, we were over charged and when we pointed this out she argued with us and told us to go sit down and she would help us after she helped the other customers. We will never go back here again, I live near this location and I will purposely drive to another location further away!

Next to Palazzo’s and Kolcahe Factory by beltway. It is always very cold inside, which normally isn’t a bad thing in the Texas heat. The person behind the counter often can across as apathetic, but I haven’t had any where near the bad experience as the other person who reviewed had. I honestly just like they are so close to home and are never very busy so it makes it easy for me to get in and out.

Worst service ever. I have worked in one of the subway franchise before and am quite aware of how things operate in the store. Anyways, today Jan. 16, 2014, I arrived at this subway store around 7:50 pm after work, tired and hungry. As soon as I walk up near the door, some Native African man of built size gave me this look and shook his head as if the store was closed. Me, knowing I had no food at home and too tired to go else where thought he was just messing around. So I checked the sign, which was blinding me with the open sign plus the hours indicating that they close at 9:00 pm. So I walk in laughing and said«haha funny». But the man just glared at me and did not speak. So, I asked, «Are you closing. But its only 7:50 pm???» and the employee just grunted something like yes, being rude. Me being usually friendly casually said, «Hah you’re just f***ing with me right? You’re just playing?». Then out of no where, the employee just started yelling and asked why I just asked him if he was«f***ing» with me, which just threw me by surprise but then I immediately apologized. However, he continued to be rude, refuse to tell me the store was still open, and kept yelling at me. At this point I was so enraged as to WHY I was the one being YELLEDAT for wanting a sandwich and simply asking if they were closed. The manager then came out after few minutes in which she did not give two shit about what her employee just did. I just could not believe what happened today and will never go back to that store.
