Subway

Absolutely horrible service. I asked for a salad and the sandwich maker walked into back kitchen — hear lots of clanging and banging and she’s gone for 3 – 4 minutes. In the mean time 5 other people behind me in line are served sandwiches. She reappears with things to make a chopped salad (perhaps she was washing them) and bangs them on the counter when I say I don’t want a chopped salad just a regular one. She again disappears to the back for a minute or two. She returns with nothing, no clue what she was doing back there at that point. When I ask for a salad she puts a single handful of shredded lettuce into the to go bowl, which doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl, and asks what other toppings I want. I asked for more lettuce since normally a subway salad is a few handfuls lettuce + toppings + meat. She literally glares at me, gets a pinch of lettuce and puts it into my bowl. $ 6.50 later I’m leaving with the saddest subway salad and worst customer service ever. My salad was a HUGE problem to her and it was obvious that my desire to eat at this location was an absolute inconvenience to her. I work around here but will never return. There are enough good franchises in the area to make this one easy to avoid.
Came back to add: I’d include her name but not one employee was wearing a name tag.

Decent quality control here, place seems clean, and most importantly, the workers do not have that «making your sandwich is the most dreadful thing in their lives» look on their faces.

Worst attitude ever! The female server wrongly double charged me and had the nerve signaling me with her index finger to come to the counter and telling me rudely that the wrong charge had been voided and I had been recharged correctly. No apologies whatever and her facial expression was defiant as though it was the customer’s fault for her own mistake. Ridiculous!

In center with Thai Bistro and Russo’s pizza. I always get the footlong veggie these days… for less than $ 5.50 for just the sandwich, it makes it a filling, healthy meal. P. S. I don’t know why but when I tried to add this place Unilocal wanted to put it in Nevada… got to love technology.
