This store must have been closed. I drive around 3 times didn’t find it.

I was in the mood for a sandwich before I went horseback riding. I stopped here to run in and was happy that it wasn’t busy but then again who is at Subway on Easter. This girl is. My only gripe about this place was that no one had on hair nets. Usually I don’t even notice that but I couldn’t help notice the young lady’s long braid that just kept swinging from side to side with each turn. I watched her braid like it was a guillotine hoping that it wouldn’t swing into any of the items that I wanted to go on my sandwich. Luckily that did not occur and I left out with a yummy hair-less sandwich :)

Catering to the West U soccer mom/upper middle class trophy wives of course the Subway chain is going to try a bit more than shops in the uh, less nice neighborhoods, since there is now legitimate competition from places like Potbelly down the block. This is one of the cleanest Subways I have been in. It is a stand alone shop so the parking is not monopolized by cell phone, liquor, and gun stores like in other parts of town. This means there actually is parking. And since it is a stand alone shop, it feels more serene and relaxing since you only need to potentially interact with people coming and going out of the sandwich shop. So you are all on the same page — get outta the way and lemme get this sandwich in my mouth right meow. It is close to Rice so it is a quick drive if you don’t get snared with the Kirby traffic. The line inside moves quickly. It is a good very cheap lunch option if you are in the mood for a traditional sandwich with sandwichy things, instead of gilded truffle and other elegant things that do not cost $ 5 plus greasy chips and a Dr Pepper. Subway might never make an obnoxious food blogger’s top ten list of places to eat in the city but this location is always a strong option.

I’ve been to this location a couple times now and they are definitely on point with their service. I walk in and I’m out in just a few minutes. Just how I like it. The staff is somewhat friendly, a little bit of a language barrier. But who cares, the sandwich was still good. Oh, and this subway has their own dedicated parking lot. Soooo, plenty of parking for everyone!

Quick and convenient location to come by on the way to work. The sun usually shines so brightly in through the windows that it can make you squint, and actually make the place uncomfortably hot to sit by the window in. The sandwich fixings are always fresh, and while the service could stand to be quicker, I know I can count on this location to get me what I need.

Caveman Chronicles 4 of 5: Caveman by nature man of few words, so me not waste them on Subway. It lot like every other Subway ever. And I know you think you know where caveman going with this: «It look like food stand in what you call bus station, and ingredients maybe not even look as good as people you see at bus station.» But sandwich much easier than bringing down mammoth with sharp rock, so me appreciate that you can get a $ 5 foot long sandwich in short amount of time. This location is less than brontosaurus neck from office of mine, so me try Subway for first time in long time. It stand alone, ample parking, and new and clean inside. Me shocked like spear hunting in lightning storm to see how fresh and ripe veggies for sammy were compared to normal Subway. Me out in less 5 minutes, pretty fast for any place. My sandwich? Still Subway, but good one.
