I was told I could not get my meat toasted in the oven by the subway representative. I was also told I could not get extra onions. Because of this service I left and told her I would contact her supervisor, which I did. Then she kept running her mouth even while I was leaving.

I frequent here due to the fact that I own a business in the same shopping strip! All the employees there are very sweet and greet me. If you want more ask for more they never seem annoyed with me when I’m do picky with my sandwich! The understand that I’m the customer and I’m paying for what I want!

As I mentioned before, there’s very little variance between franchises. Yet unlike others in this area(LOTS), this place isn’t cheap with their veggies. When you ask for spinach, they don’t give you a couple of leaves. The parking lot can be a bit troublesome considering there’s no parking spaces between 11 – 1. It’s a LONG, hot walk for a sandwich indeed.

My biggest issue with this location is they will flat out pull a fast one at the register. The first time I noticed I was charged twice! The second time, apparently, they had not updated their registers to reflect the new pricing for a sandwich and drink, they charged me $ 6 instead of $ 4. If you go here, check your receipt. Buyers beware!
