This really is just an OK location… it’s been decent until yesterday, when we walked in and all we could smell were chemicals. Ew. I don’t think it was cleaning chemicals as the place wasn’t that clean. The ladies were friendly but neither one spoke English very well; I mean, if you’ve been to Subway you know what they’re asking, and I get that in that area bilingual is probably helpful, but dang. It was just really hard to understand them. Hubby ordered a salad and this was the saddest excuse for a salad ever. Usually Subway makes pretty dang good salads but not here. The bowl was barely half full and he had to ask for crackers, and then only got two packages. He asked for a couple more, but I guess she didn’t hear, or understand him. My sandwich was okay. Not fantastic, not terrible. The place wasn’t that clean and while they weren’t busy, nobody came out to wipe tables or sweep. I doubt we will go here again anytime soon. There are a LOT of better Subways around to go to a bad one!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Customer service was not great to begin with, but what really pissed me off was that the cashier kept trying to charge me for stuff I didn’t order. I specifically told her we only wanted 1 combo and 16 inch sub, when she kept trying to charge us for two combos. At the end, she charged me for a drink I didn’t order. Okay it’s only $ 1.60 but that’s not the point. I made sure to tell her that we only wanted ONE combo because she was already entering it all wrong in the cash register before I gave her my credit card. Said she fixed it but ends up charging me anyway. Alright whatever, I know refunds are difficult with credit cards and I’m not going to ask for her to do all that for me over $ 1.60. So instead I asked if she could just give me two cookies since she made that mistake. She starts giving me attitude and tells me I asked her for two drinks. I am still keeping my calm at this point until she starts yelling at me. Don’t waste your time coming here. Rather drive a few miles extra to get better customer service. By the way, Spanish curse words aren’t all that hard to understand so GG lady.

Jennifer, whom I’m assuming is the manager denied me and the 3 others I was with cups for water because they were out of water cups and didn’t want to give us regular cups. She had a lot of attitude and poor customer service. Even tried to get into an argument with us after spending $ 30. By far the worst subway I have ever been to. Subway employees are never that great in the first place but Jennifer was definitely the crappiest one we’ve stumbled upon. FYI, she did a total health hazard in front of everyone in line. A client wanted to try a sauce and she had the client stick out her finger and squeezed the sauce and scraped the top on the woman’s finger and put the sauce container back and used it on another client without cleaning it. It was disgusting to see.

This is the absolute worse Subway I have ever encountered. I have been wanting to write a review for months, but have never got around to doing it. First of all, the staff is rude and just have an overall bad attitude. They always charge different prices for the same exact order I always get. If you try to bring it up to them and ask how come the price is different, their lack of English makes it impossible to have any sort of significant conversation. I am Hispanic, but they are extremely lacking English speaking skills. You add that, with their rudeness, and ever changing prices because they do not know how to work the register properly and that is a recipe for disaster. I had an issue and requested to speak to the manager… They gave me her phone number and I called her and she said I had the wrong number that she was not the manager of subway. So, I walked back inside the restaurant and told the employee they gave me the wrong phone number. She called it and the lady answered immediately. I then call her back and she hit the«end call» option on her cell phone. I cannot believe corporate has not gone in there and done something about this place. It is absolutely horrible. By far the worse Subway I have been to in my life.

The worst subway on the planet! They don’t seem to be able to follow the menu and the chopped salad — the best thing on the menu in my opinion — is a total disgrace here. My bad — I was just being lazy and should have driven the extra mile to Salata.

The management changed and the customer service wasn’t good to begin with but now it’s horrible. The workers show a lot of attitude for people that don’t speak English and I wouldn’t it if they wouldn’t make salads out of my sandwiches. They need to overhaul the staff because I love subway. I recommend the one in Baybrook. At least they know that’s it’s about the customer.

Went there specifically for cookies for my kid. The container that was holding the fresh bake cookies had a fly(not a fruit fly) flying all around the cookies. After that, they took the cookies to the back. Since I was already there, I opted for the frozen cookies instead. I ended up baking them myself. Other than that, everything else looked fine! Staff took care of the problem.
