I had the falafel wrap and I did not like it. It is wrapped in a flour tortilla(not pita bread) and it has way too much tahini giving it a bitter taste. I had a cashew baklava and that was pretty good. The other options looked better such as the pastas and platters. I recommend it as a healthy alternative to mall food– just don’t order a sandwich/wrap/shawarma.

I have had their food now a few times and can honestly say that the food is delicious and restaurant grade. The servings are always plentiful and the staff and owner are always welcoming and very accommodating. If you find yourself shopping in the mall and want something healthy, delicious and reasonably priced stop by and try them.

Its OK. The hummus is just a bit bland, maybe the«olive oil» on it was just vegetable oil or some blend. Tasted it w/o the hummus and there was no olive flavor at all. Tsaziki was sort of bland too. Tabouli and salad were good, even if no real olive oil on them.

A friend and I took our kids to the play area today and then headed to the food court for lunch. I was planning on getting Chick-fil-A with the kids, but we wandered into Sultan Pepper and decided to try it out. It smelled so good haha. For $ 8.99 you can get 2 sides and one meat dish, so I went for that. I’m trying to be healthy and appreciated that the salad wasn’t pre-dressed, so I was able to get the Greek salad with just a little dressing. I also got the regular hummus(they add the paprika and olive oil in front of you as well), and chose the chicken kafta kabob for my entrée. It was SOGOOD and seemed really healthy! Nothing seemed to be overly oily or full of fat. The tzatziki sauce wasn’t my favorite, just a bit bland, but everything else was really delicious! I’ll be back for sure!

I had a hankerin’ for a chicken shawarma so I headed over to Sultan Pepper after my hair appointment. As usual, everything looked delicious & fresh. I placed my order & wasted a few minutes on FB to kill time. My order was up & ugh they used a flour tortilla instead of a pita. WTF? I looked at the description on the menu board & it stated their sandwiches are made with pita. Very disappointed. Ended up trashing it after a couple of bites.

I just had the spicy falafel and it was amazing. If I wasn’t so stuffed I’d go back and have another right lol.

For mall food this place takes home the gold! Whenever I choose to eat at Memorial City this is my spot. The food is reasonably priced and it’s SO good! Last time I got the ground beef eggplant, oven baked potatoes and Greek salad. Wow the potatoes and eggplant were great. I was not expecting such quality for a place in the mall. Definitely would recommend eating here when you’re in the food court. The best part is you don’t walk away feeling sick from all the fattening food. It’s a healthier choice compared to what’s around there.

This place amaded me. I couldn’t believe it I would find the quality this place offers in a food court in a mall. Food is absolutely delicious. Price is great for what you get and staff is very friendly.

I wanted to pick something a little healthier to eat in the food court so I chose here. I’ve eaten here once before… I think I ate their fish or something. But this last time I had the vermicelli rice, hummus, and the beef kafta kabob. $ 8.99 for a one meat two sides plate special. Guess it’s reasonable. The beef was pretty dry… edible but dry. Rice and hummus were decent. The pita bread that comes with the hummus is pretty flat. The pesto pasta looked good. I should have tried that but I didn’t want to have carb overload. It’s just ok for food court food.

Food court food, shut up! I was hungry, and so I am trying to stay objective with this review. I had meat and two sides lunch special($ 8.99). Signature Beef Eggplant, Tabouleh salad, and Spicy Hummus. Everything was fantastic. The eggplant was hot(in heat) and flavorful. The Tabouleh was very fresh and tasty. The Hummus had just the right kick and was served with a warmed pita. It was excellent and so I give five stars for food court food! Wow, very good! The owner told me they plan to open a second location at the Galleria in March.

I’m usually skeptical about mall food but Memorial City Mall has a great selection in their food court. Next to Sult An Pepper is Chipotle, and next to that is Salada. All yummy places! Sult An Pepper looks like a family owned restaurant. If you’re ever craving Mediterranean at Memorial City Mall, this definitely hits the spot. I usually order the veggie plate special(~$ 7) you can pick 4 veggie sides. I always get the Mediterranean salad, spicy hummus which comes with pita bread, pesto pasta, and their roasted potatoes. All delicious but the spicy hummus is my absolute favorite! It’s just the right amount of spice and it’s soo good. Highly recommend! Their Mediterranean salad is light and refreshing. The pesto pasta and the roasted potatoes were on the heavier side but it’s still good. This plate will definitely fill you up because they give you a decent amount of food. The service makes this place even better! When it gets busy I’ll always see the manager helping out, he’s really attentive and friendly. Bottom line: Try the spicy hummus!

Went here last week for the chicken shawarma(amazing) and the people behind the counter are so sweet and are more than happy to recommend their favorite dishes One guy recommended the eggplant which I don’t usually like, but he gave me a sample of theirs… it was fantastic! Unfortunately I already ordered my chicken Shawarma which was just as good but next time I’m going back to eat the eggplant!

I’m impressed to find such a delicious restaurant in a food court. When I dined there, there was a special for four vegetarian sides for $ 5.99. That’s excellent. The people behind the counter were very nice. If you are a vegetarian, this restaurant offers plenty of choices. But the best part was this custard dessert that’s in a clear small square box in the ice box they have by the cashier. Try it. It’s similar to crème brûlée. You’ll thank me for the dessert tip!

Came here with friends. When we were at the cashier, the roach ran out from the register. The lady who served us, did not even said sorry. She called another guy and they talked with their language. And not even apologize to us, charged the full price. Will not come back NOMORE !!!

The meats were painfully salty(I had the chicken kafta kabob and my wife had the stuffed eggplant). I had to use the starches(rice and potatoes) to help diminish the level of salt and simultaneously gargle with water. The restaurant has good potential, but they need to rethink their recipes. I’m certainly not coming back…

Food was definitely above average, service was a trifle lacking. Those ladies behind the counter are not exactly friendly… The best thing about this restaurant was the freshness of the food and the delicate tastes in it. This place deserved four stars for the food, but I took one off for the service. A bit harsh? Maybe. If they were extremely professional, it would have been understandable and not warranted the reduction– a trifle condescending? not so much. Lastly for directions, dont rely on google maps from i10 like I did. Enter the mall and head to the food court, its right by the side of the big entrance.

I really throughly enjoyed the different flavored offered. My mom and I wanted to try something new so I told her to surprise me with whatever(because I’m not that picky on ingredients). I came back to find a meal that you choose a meat and two sides. Mmmmm yummy! Everything looked yummy and a big plus because it was fresh! We had the gyro, beef kabab, and an Italian panini. Delicious! I highly recommend it for some lunch time but weary of parking in the mall lot. Wish they had a small shop but this will do. Happy Eats! Seriously go and try it out! You’ll be surprised how delicious it is!

Looked at their menu online and I saw that they had Caesar salad. Drove out of my way to go here. When i got there I asked for a caesar salad and they said they don’t have a caesar salad. I told her they had it on their menu and she said, «yeah the menu.» If you aren’t going to have something then don’t have it on your menu. Went across the hall to great wraps and got my Caesar salad.
