This the best donut shop I have EVER visited. Puts the chains to shame. The plain glazed are phenomenal! And the breakfast tacos could become a complete subsistence diet for me. Always get the red sauce too… delicious! Did I mention the sausage kolaches? Great in both the plain and jalepeno varieties. Ok, I’m addicted. Walk… no RUN to get your taste of breakfast heaven in Spring Branch!

Great donuts, terrible service. Maybe the lady at the counter was having a bad day or something, but she was incredibly rude to me because I took a bit of time deciding while standing on the side(when literally no one else was in the store) and she was asking me if I’m ready yet over and over again and then adding that I should have ordered by now. This was my first time ever here so I was looking at the menu and options besides donuts. They also refuse to take credit cards if your order is less than $ 4 which is more than likely completely against their contract with the credit card company(aka not legally allowed). But, considering you won’t be eating your donut here and don’t really need to interact with the people at the counter to a great extent, I would recommend this place because the donuts are indeed really good like everyone else is saying. I had the glazed donut and the chocolate donut holes. If you’re big on decent service then maybe not the best place.

This place is great except they always run out of donuts before 9:30 a.m. It’s very disappointing. I wish they would wise up and understand there is a demand for their donuts if they only made more. Overall I love their donuts and kolaches but it’s too disappointing when I walk in at 9:15 on a Saturday and they are already out of chocolate old fashioned donuts.

This place is awesome! Their breakfast tacos, kolaches, and donuts are are all great! This place can get pretty busy on Sunday morning, but it’s worth it to stay in line for a few minutes. The tacos can take a little while to be made, but they’re fresh and super delicious! The Kolaches are yummy as well! And the glazed donut holes are sooo tasty! They also have quite a few choices of drinks, like bottled Vietnamese coffee, which is so good! I think they should consider getting a slightly bigger shop with more places to sit and eat(and stand in line), but I love the area where the shop is located.

This place has great donuts. Wide selection, quick service. Was crowded when I got there at 7am on a Thursday but I was in and out within 10 minutes. I ordered two dozen donuts and they were generous with the different types. They have everything you would want in a donut shop, including breakfast tacos and kolaches. I only had one of their blueberry cake donuts but it was delicious. They brew Starbucks coffee, self-served. Will definitely be returning next time my co-workers are in the mood for donuts. Easily accessed from I-10 on Westview, plenty of parking available.

Best Breakfast Taco in Town!!! My favorite Breakfast for under $ 5.00! Family business owner is better than franchise!

Went today and have to say I found my new donut spot highly recommend. They also sell tacos, I have not tried but will next time.

Much better donuts than you’ll find at any of the chains, and at a better price. I particularly like their chocolate-covered fried cakes. If I’m driving near this place in the morning, I stop there, as I did this morning. They also offer kolaches and breakfast tacos. I’ve had the kolaches and they are good. My wife says the tacos are good. As is the case with most donut shops, the people behind the counter aren’t particularly friendly, but they aren’t unfriendly either, which is better than I find at most donut shops. Although they have a small parking lot, parking is easiest in the Kroger plaza next door; it’s just a few short steps to the donut shop if you park near the Walgreens.

Summit Donuts is where it’s at, y’all! The donuts are good, but I keep coming back for the AMAZING breakfast tacos. It’s all about their preparation of the tortillas — very different from breakfast tacos that I’ve had before. Come for the donuts, but stay for the tacos!

My favorite donut shop! The chocolate iced old fashioned is my favorite. The coffee is good — not like many others in the area where you wish you brought your own from home. The new boudin sausage croissant is yummy!

Love this place! Take the kids here once a week as a treat. Seriously, one of the best donuts I’ve ever had. Their breakfast tacos are amazing as well.

This is my new breakfast stop! Donuts are good and their breakfast tacos are delish! I only come out to texas for work so the fact that I’m bothering to write this should let you know it’s worth trying.

Their doughnuts are less greasy than other doughnut shops. Good prices and spectacular breakfast burritos — definitely try the western burrito. My son is allergic to eggs, so it is great that their doughnuts and kolaches do not contain eggs!

This is hands down the best kolaches place I’ve been to. I don’t get to have it all the time because it depends on when I am in the area but it’s probably a good thing that I don’t live around the corner bc I would get it nearly everyday. I always get the sauage croissant and sauage jalapeño kolache. perfect combo ever… drool. I think about their kolaches. all. the time…

I stopped by here in a whim, as I had seen it before in the area but never tried it. I was glad I did. This is a standard mom and pop donut shop. They have the standard donut(cake, glazed, and flavored), and fritters, kolaches(with croissant dough!), croissant breakfast sandwiches, and Breakfast tacos. I got a dozen variety donuts, and they were gobbled up by my fellow coworkers within the moment. For myself, I got a sausage croissant kolache. I’ll tell you what: the donuts were good and just what I needed, and the croissant was buttery delish. It didn’t break the bank either. I would definitely go back.

I have probably come here at least once every weekend for the past few months for a breakfast taco & kolaches. And yes, I have attempted to check in but alas, there was not a Unilocal thing set up for them so I took the liberty to do so. But its a nice, tiny little place with kolaches, croissant & biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and some hearty breakfast tacos. They know to bring out more salsas and green sauces when I come in :) I have tried those all at some point — all hit the spot, haven’t had any donuts yet though. But there are plenty of opportunities to get one in the future, if I am not full from everything else.
