The BEST lashes in town. Chi does an AMAZING job and the best lash tech I’ve worked with. She’s gentle but very detail and thorough. The fact that she is super sweet only makes my experience more enjoyable and comfortable. I’m one very happy customer.

I cannot say enough great things about Chi. I’ve been lucky, having never had a bad experience with eyelash extensions, because I started with Chi when she used to work out of the Aesthetic Surgery Institute office.
First thing: I love how CLEAN she is. Her new place is spotless, so is the «bed», and her equipment. I’ve never had a bad reaction, and my skin can be very sensitive.
As for the results, I’ve been happy every single time I’ve seen her (3 times now — I only get extensions for special occasions).
Chi is very warm and sweet, and she has a great memory. She always brings up the topics we talked about last, despite me not seeing her much! And like previous reviews have stated: she’s great at reminding you about your appointment.
I’m so happy for her that she’s started her own little biz. Her studio is super cute, and she’s got a bunch of treats and coffee at the front.
I’d recommend her in a heartbeat, to anyone wanting extensions!

Natural and beautiful, long lasting lashes! Chi is an excellent lash artist, who is delicate and understands how to create certain looks. I highly recommend her, and the location is very convenient (Montrose) too.

I’ve been going to Chi for lash refills for a little over 7 months and have yet to be disappointed. Chi is one of the best in the business! Her immaculate attention to detail makes for perfect lashes every single visit. I’m very picky due to my sensitive eyes. The adhesive she uses does not bother my eyes. I have several lash studios close to my home. However, I drive an hour both ways, fighting Houston traffic. Her work definitely speaks for itself, as she is very intuitive. I just had my eyelashes refilled and of course they look awesome. The compliments pour in all the time on how natural and beautiful my eyelashes look. I have been going to Chi for eyelash extensions for quite sometime now and wouldn’t trust anyone else. I highly recommend trying Chi.
