From start to finish, this was by far the most professional towing service I have ever used. I called Superior on short notice to transport my truck from far north Houston down to Katy after purchasing a new vehicle. John and his crew went out of their way to make everything as painless as possible, even picking up the keys to the truck save me a 2-​hour round trip. Everyone I met or spoke with was very polite, calling me to keep me regularly to update me on the progress. Highly recommended.

Horrible company! I called for a tow and was told someone was on their way and a half hour later my husband and I called back and no one answered his phone call several times so I called on my phone to make sure he had the right number and I was told the truck was on its way, and the driver would call back. An hour later no show no call! Ended up leaving the car overnight and walking home until the morning for a new tow company to tow the car. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Great service. I was moving and had a project car I needed to move from one garage to the next. I wasn’t in a crazy hurry, but they showed in about 45 minutes. Took my car out of the garage and inserted it into the next. Nice guys. Great work.

I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for Superior Wrecker Service and Jerry. After quite the debacle over my vehicle, I called Superior Wrecker and Jerry was fantastic. He was understanding and willing to work with me. Not only that, but they are REASONABLE! He was so incredibly nice, when I know there are companies out there that are perfectly willing to take advantage. He was considerate and patient. I asked him to meet me at the impound lot in an hour and he was there in 45 minutes (NEVER happens)!
I would absolutely use Superior again should the situation arise, and I suggest that you all do too!

Just had my ride towed this morning by Superior Wrecker and I have to say I am satisfied with the service and even more, the PRICE. I did my price check alright (Delta towing wants $ 90-​$ 120 to put your car on the bed plus $ 3 per mile, and Safeway quoted me $ 200 without even asking me where the car is going EXACTLY). Superior Wrecker is running a free first 5 miles tow right now. It was $ 75 to put your car on the bed and $ 2 per mile, and I paid $ 113 for my ~25 miles-​tow. The driver was fast and careful at the same time bring my car up to the bed. My car has a front lip and he was def. careful not to scrap it against the floor and his bed. I am totally satisfied with the service, and I would have given them a 5-​star rating only if the truck could come out FASTER than the 50-​minute wait.
