DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY– They told me they were coming between 1 – 3. I called at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30. Each time they told me the same thing. «The technician will call you shortly». Nobody called and nobody ever showed up. I wasted my entire day. WHAT A JOKE. Do NOT waste your time.

I rarely write a review. I bought its service from GROUPON. He came to my house and checked the air duct. He immediately said he could not clean the air duct because there was mold problem. He said I had to get mold treatment immediately. The cost would be $ 669. He was very pushy and wanted me to use its service immediately. I was very doubtful because my house was only 3 years old. After that, he kept calling me at least twice a day. I finally hired another company to seek for second opinion. He said I just need to have the plenum cleaned, which was $ 150. PLEASE STAY AWAY, they wanted to threaten you about house situation and spent hundreds and hundreds. If I have a choice, I will give them negative review.

Stay away from this place. I got a groupon a few weeks ago and when I called to schedule my appointment they said they aren’t taking Groupons anymore (it doesn’t expire until May). Very rude and unprofessional over the phone. They should at least honor current Groupon commitments.

Birds had built nests in two of my exhaust vents and I called Supreme Air to remove the nests and install bird guards. They were very prompt but destroyed the nest in a really inhumane manner. They threw it down from the second floor. Unfortunately, one of them had an egg. When I asked them to install the white, plastic bird guards they told me that the mesh ones would would work just as well and not cause issues with the HOA. They also used a vacuum to thoroughly clean both vents. However, the birds came back in one of the vents. I called them again since they had given me a two year warranty. They came in right away but this time around said that it was under the vent and had to cut the sheetrock. I didn’t see them use any electric saws though. So I didn’t buy the story. Then he tried to blame me for using the cheaper mesh guards when it had been their idea in the first place. Lastly, they flung one of the chicks from the second floor and it cut its neck on my fence. I told them that this was unacceptable and my neighbor said this was grounds for calling the SPCA/​Houston animal control. They charged me $ 95 and claimed that this was vent repair and that it wasn’t covered under their warranty. Two hours after they left, my bathroom started smelling like something had died in it. I also saw a live bird in the newly installed bird guard. When I called them back, they said that they hadn’t caused it. I have called BARC to have at least the live bird removed and I will not use them again. The only thing they did properly was cleaning out the vents with a high power vacuum the first time. Cruelty to birds is unacceptable.

We had Jacob come by shortly after moving into our home earlier this year. Our dryer duct was clogged with lint and he and his helper were courteous and careful in moving our washer and dryer to access the duct opening. They then climbed a tall ladder to access the other end of the ducting. The job was done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Then last week we noticed more lint had accumulated at the outside grate of the duct outlet. I called Jacob and he returned and again cleaned out the duct and did not want to charge me anything for the service. This is a great company and we highly recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning in Houston.
