First Time home Buyers seem to frustrate a lotta people in the Real Estate business. Since they are n00bs, ask a lotta questions, want unattainable things and have unbelievable expectations. I’d kinda steer away from them myself too, if i had to deal with them.
So My aunt’s house went into foreclosure after she passed, and i wanted to buy it, Reine Ray became our Mortgage Specialist. She walked us through different scenarios of what might happen if we did buy it and presented them from every angle. When that deal fell through she became our broker for another home. She kept us in the loop about everything that could have been asked about this whole process, especially when it came to money, and found some ways to keep more in my pocket after it was all done! Even when the Realtor was running late on the day of closing, she offered to showed up and was a big help in the process.
