I’ve been a huge fan of the service provider for years in the West Coast. I used to have a line but since the signal here in Houston is not that good, I had it disconnected and I had another line for out of the country use which was super excellent. I used a prepaid micro card for the job interview when the google map was not working for me due to road changes. I was confident that it was going to work as was told by the customer service and of course it did not. So then, I went to the other branch(Westheimer). The lady barely attended to what I was mentioning(I do customer service myself) and she refused to do a refund when I never used the line and it was just the day after. She asked to be excused and that she will be back but she was just roaming around. I told her I was going to be late and she was not even showing any urgency just to tell me that she did not know what to do. Sure enough, I was late for work. When I got off work, I passed by the branch again and it says closed and she was just there again standing by herself. I do not have anything against it but it just pisses me off when one deliberately slows everything down when one person is in a hurry. They do not realize what they are causing. At least some kind words would do when one person already suffered from the bad network service. I was stuck having to just let the payment expire. Daily, I have to suffer with too many spam calls and texts(Not exaggerating) and this is shocking because I haven’t had any spam calls and texts with the other network. Also, my phone keeps getting drained from searching network. I would have used the money for gas or food specially during the time that I’m waiting for my new job to start in 2 months.

Terrible customer service ! I walked in with my girlfriend to get her phone activated and they didn’t even acknowledge us or any of the other customers in the store for 30 minutes. They were rude and the guy who finally«helped«us looked like he hadn’t showered in days. The people at the galleria are so much friendlier !

Yatesh Patel is the guy to talk to. Friendly, trustworthy/honest and he is Very educated about the products. It’s hard to find salesmen like that. I’ve been using him for over 2yrs, Yatesh is so helpful, whenever i mess something up on my phone, i drive over and he fixes it on the spot! Thanks t-mobile, thanks to Yatesh.

After having my galaxy 2 for over two years now, I finally decided to go out and get a new phone(but not really because I bought this iPhone from my friend). The tech that helped me displayed awesome friendly customer service. She was always smiling during the entire time she was assisting me. I came here in need of a new SIM card. I ended up with other accessories(screen protector and case) as an investment to protect my phone. She did a fantastic job applying the screen protector to the phone. And as she had promised, no bubbles on the screen. :) Keep up the awesome customer service, guys!

The manager pretty nice, we are getting two lines for HTC radar + Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant. At the beginning was everything seems pretty nice, i was served with a young fat black lady, but it came out short, she start seems upset because we want to have good pick numbers. SO we got some numbers that we dont luck but we went back there again and we were serve with a guy, he is hispanic, it seems he is pretty nice. and WHOALA we got good numbers and so funny he is very nice. Sorry i dont want to be rude but… daaa…why can just doing it like him. Learn from him to be patient and nice and knowing what customer really want. Regardless what are u.

Although I don’t like T-Mobile in general because of recent incident regarding my phones and my account, I’d have to say that the people at this location were nothing but helpful with the whole situation. The manager in charge probably spent a good couple of hours trying to help me settle my issue with T-Mobile’s customer service. In addition, the whole time she was really cheery and always smiling. We chatted, we joked, and she really helped made a frustrating situation a little bit more bearable. What else can a guy ask for from a service oriented store? Great customer service. And that’s exactly what i keep getting when I go to this location.
