This will be the last review I ever write for T-Mobile because their service is so terrible, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Therefore I’m reviewing this store based on how they helped me setup my lnstallments to pay off my balance after leaving them in August 2015. September 2015: Waited until the last day that the remaining balance was due which was for the device I was using. With the switch to Verizon at the time, the $ 300 and changed I owed would come back to me in rebates, but I still like to pay my bills and keep my credit clean. I entered the store and was greeted by Rebecca M, a store associate who was very patient and informative, and most importantly, truthful! I had actually called customer service weeks prior to see what my options were with the device. About a year old but in perfect condition, I was told that I could turn the device into a nearby TMOBILE and have them appraise the device to get some of the balance decreased off my bill. What a crock! Rebecca informed me that was not the case and the entire balance was due, but could be setup in installments to pay it off. She offered to get me on the line with the appropriate individuals at TMOBILE and stayed in close proximity while I setup the installment plan until everything was finalized. Greatly appreciated after the run around AND misinformation I received from customer service the first time! If TMOBILE service wasn’t so herendous, I would definitely do business with her. Even had the Store Manager, Alex, come over and ask if everything was okay and satisfactory for me. Tried to convince me to stay with TMOBILE, but understood my situation and offered an open invitation for me to come back anytime. Even extended to a bottle of water to quench my thirst to venture back into evening sun. Although the sun set on my relationship with TMobile, I this visit at least made our relationship end amicably.

The greatest help I can get my phone was over heating and they had told me that they where going to exchange my phone because of the technical problems I was having but unfortunately they did not had my color so they told me to go to the one on gulf gate but they where the worst to help me with my problems. Thank to the great management in here I had the best experience.

My new homie Ramiro Rias at T-Mobile just SOLD me on leaving Verizon & getting 4 lines with new phones +stuff. I respect his industry expertise. The manager, Janet, supports her sales team very well! PLUS my stuff all works great and was set up fast.

I shit you NOT, I heard an associate at this store tell a customer that he «could deal drugs» with his Square card reader he was buying at this location. I mean, even if it’s true, there were a lot of people in the store including kids. What idiots! These are the folks you hire. No wonder your customer service is shit now.
